Traditional PAYG without "deals"

I just want a traditional PAYG SIM without "deals, i.e. I pay directly for calls/texts/data and top up as and when necessary. However, I cannot find such a link on the website. Can anyone provide the link please?

Still waiting for phone after upgrading 3 weeks ago

I upgraded both of my sons phones 3 weeks ago and as I missed the DPD delivery they sent them back to curry’s. Phones were upgraded directly on the iD mobile website. Have contacted DPD and curry’s both have told me to contact ID mobile. Spoke on the live chat twice and both times they’ve told me they will speak to DPD. (I know the phone is in the curry’s warehouse as they have confirmed this). And they’ve been absolutely useless both times! I just want the handsets I am paying for. And for my children to be able to use the new phones. Does anyone have a direct contact number so I can speak to someone and get the phones sent?

incorrect information on my crefit report

Hi, can someone help me please? Is there anyway to speak to someone at all about my credit report?I opened ID mobile account back in June 2019 and the account was closed in November 2019. I have had some report on my credit that I have missed payment in jan, feb and finally settled in match 2020. Now I had no ID mobile that time.How do I get in contact with someone because this need to be sorted asap as it is affecting me massively. Thank you

new sim activated following upgrade but no SIM

I upgraded my phone min August . Everything was working fine. I used the Id mobile app yesterday and now I have a message to say that my new sim is now active. I don't have aa new sim and my phone was working fine yesterday. What do I do please? Alex

account hacked

Today account was hacked and a pac was requested I contacted I'd chat and told it would take 48 hours to look into then 2 hours later another message saying my number has been ported to a new company but chat said wait 48 hours again so will I get a bill from new supplier I know nothing about no one will answer my questions should I just close the account and find somewhere else to go

Hi there! I need to receive an access code from my overseas bank to access online banking, but I am not receiving it when they send it. The bank have asked me to check whether you (ID) are blocking SMS from short numbers. If this is the case, how can I resolve it?

Problem with SIM and Set up

Hello, I only received my new SIM and phone today however the SIM is not working. I have tried all of the suggestions (turning off, using airplane mode etc. ) I also have not received a welcome email with my new phone number. I think that maybe the SIM has not been set up properly? Is there anyone I can contact to fix this? Thanks, Amy

iphone APN settings not working

I have 4g signal from Movistar but there is not internet connection, seems to be a common issue with APN setting. Tried network reset, phone on off etc etc cannot get to APN setting on iPhone 13 mini for ID simcard?
