Is this a scam!?? The Sim barely works! Restrictions on internet! Bad signal! Slow speeds! Can't get help! Can't get an answer! Can't cancel! Can't ring anyone!! Unless I get help today I'm done!

upgrading from SIM only to monthly phone plan

i joined ID with a monthly phone plan for 24 months in 2016 after paying it off for 2 years, i then switch to a SIM only plan which i have been using, i now want to upgrade to an iphone 13 monthly phone plan but when i check the upgrade eligibility it only shows me cheap phone like motorola. what can i do to upgrade to an iphone 13 and still keep my ID number

New SIM not working

I'm new to ID and I have just purchased 2 new pay monthly SIMs from Currys. Neither are working and I have followed all the guidance online and they're not working. I'm traveling to Europe tomorrow and need them to be working. Please can you help

sms - multimedia charges

Suddenly my texts are classes as multimedia even though they are simple texts and I am being charged 30p per message. I haven't changed anything but now darent send a simple text! Help

No 5G on Find X2 Pro

I know this has been asked before, but I want an actual answer. So I just switched from virgin, where I could use 5G on my Oppo Find X2 Pro, but now, on ID, I can't. So I go online to find that my phone isn't compatible with their 5G network, even though it can use 5G on Three... And ID uses threes network, so it should be able to. And then i see that the find x2 lite can use 5G, the lowest end x2 phone, while the highest end x2 phone can't? Then the find x3 neo can use 5G, even though it has the same chipset. This question has been asked 6 months ago, and ID said they were waiting for their engineers or whatever to verify it, and they still haven't. It makes no sense. Either enable 5G on it or give a valid reason why it cant use it please

PAC code not arrived

I bought a new phone this week and switched to ID mobile for 1 day….the phone was faulty ( drained battery in 1 hr 30 and this was deemed normal)  so I cancelled the contract successfully. I cannot however get a PAC as the online option isnt there and the text option to 65075 has not been replied to .. Help! any ideas?

IMEI number

 Hi my contract phone with ID the A52 Samsung has broken and this has been sent off for repair with Currys. In order to make a claim on my insurance I need the IMEI number which I am unable to find on any correspondence from ID or Currys or on the App. Kind regardsDavid   Sent from my Galaxy

lost phone but not registered but have blocked the SIM

My daughter has lost her phone and we have blocked the SIM using the Chat Bot. Unfortunately we didn't register her online when we got the phone so can't access any of the phone account details including the bills. My insurance requires proof of purchase and we can't access any details and have no phone to send the SIM to to register it.......there isn't anyone physical to speak to.

direct debit

My app won’t let me set up a direct debit and I upgrade tomorrow but I can’t do it if I can’t set up a direct debit, every time I put my details in, it says that I am unable to do so.

international calls not working

Hey everyone  so my contract includes international calls, yet when I call it says I am unable to. I am going away on holiday so I need to be able to Call the U.K. and other countries.  my international calls and romaning is on so I am not issue what’s wrong

switching to i.d. - Two different transactions numbers??

Hello i am trying to fill in the online switching form.The transaction number on my ‘order complete’ email is different that the transaction number in my ‘I.d contact summary’ email. (This latter one has “CLC-“ before the 9 digit number.Which transaction number should I use??Should I register my account first using the temporary number, and do the switch number that way.I would really like to get the request in today

unable to receive incoming calls and no missed call on phone either

Unable to receive incoming calls, and no message received to state I have missed a call. My father has cancer and currently receiving stem cell treatment, and regularly in hospital. He has phoned me several times in the last three months, but I am not even aware he has called me. This is unacceptable. When I have checked coverage when I am at home, told it is very good. I have reset phone and it has made no difference at all. I need the phone to work as it should as have no home phone. This is really urgent due to the length of time this has been ongoing.

Account Suspension

My direct debit didnt work because I changed the card details so my account was suspended.  I paid immediately and my account is now showing as paid but my account has still not been reactivated and I am unable to make calls.  How do I get my account reactivated?

Transferred number

I’ve recently moved to idmoblie and I’ve transferred my old number. It’s allowing me to call others from my transferred number and send imessages but it won’t let me send regular texts? This is inconvenient as my mum doesn’t have an iphone so I can’t text her. Any help would be appreciated.
