automated voice when trying to make a call.

Hi, when trying to make a call I am hearing a automated voice stating calls will be charged at 30p a minute but I have unlimited package?

Customer service communication

I requested the policy to be cancelled on 19/3/20 and i cancelled the direct debit.i just got an email from you saying the direct debit has been cancelled and to contact you.ive never found it so hard with any other company to have someone do as as customer has asked.its been impossible to get hold of anyone the past four months ive tried to cancel as i dont have the phone or sim anymore and only by an agent on twitter do i know the phone number.cancel the contract as i requested last month as i wont be paying any charges or further direct debits as i requested this last month!

charged twice

Hi,I have been charged in July’s Bill for the period 26/06 to 17/08. Which has meant my monthly direct debit is now nearly double what it should be.i am then being charged for this months bill for the period 18/07 to 17/08, meaning I have been double charged for this period.please can someone help correct this?Thanks.

Calls dropping off

For the past two weeks I've continually had issues with phone calls. Others can not hear me but I can hear them. I have tried using WiFi calling but it seems to drop out repeatedly. I have an honor 20. Its become a real issue and need some guidance ASAP.

After porting my number from plus net which is on the ee network I am not recieving calls from anyone on the ee network. All other networks are OK. Keep turning my phone on and off and removing sim and still no joy.

I have received a letter stating a final demand for payment, it seems as if someone had set up an account in my name. This was not me and I am struggling to find a way to contact ID Mobile to inform them of this.

what is happening. No chat line. No contact on 123, no mobile network available

For weeks my mobile is off line no net work message, Cannot receive calls or send calls. Cannot contact chat line. Cannot contact Id mobile on 123, just drops out. Cannot open Id mobile on phone. Will not accept password continually tells me wrong password. have tried new password same message. Used password suggested by Id mobile same reply. Can connect on my laptop but nothing else. Now very frustrating unable to contact anyone. Time for a refund or cancell contract as now virtually unusable. Please reply soonestRegardsJohn Bartlett (18/07/2022)

Can't get help!

SOOOO annoyed. I have three numbers for each of my kids. It’s annoying you need 3 different accounts but also I can’t register the third number despite having all the correct information. I tried the online help and the online chat - and keep getting NOWHERE! This is horrendous.How on earth can you get help?

text alerts for missed call while out of network [or mobile switched off]

a lot of issue with out of network. I used to get a text alert in my previous network provider whenever my mobile was out of network and someone tried to call me [and did not leave voice message] that 07xxxx tried to call you at 00:00. iD mobile does not have that service. Besides the network coverage is very very poor. I have never seen more than 1 bar on network. at home and at work, my mobile shows out of network most of the time. My wife has good network at home [EE]. not sure if network is Three network issue or iD mobile faulty sim.

Phone broken, need to log in to account online but can't receive security pin

Hi ID, My phone is currently broken and this has happened at a time that I am due an upgrade. However, I am unable to access my ID account or log in online to select an upgrade as I have forgotten my password. I can’t receive the pin to re-set my password since I can’t access my phone. Hello I have arrived in Liechtenstein which is listed as a 'roam from home' destination on ID website. I made sure may data was turned off before entering Lichtenstein. Once I turned it back on I quickly received a text saying I had used 80% of my out of plan charges.I have spoken to live chat who said Lichtenstein is not part of the 50 countries where you can roam like you're at home and therefore I have been charged. This does not make sense to me. I still had data ect on my plan so know I have not gone over my limit. Can anyone help as it's cost me £24 that I was not expecting Thanks

Payments received is higher than monthly line rental

Hello,I upgraded my phone and plan in June from a £20.75 plan to a £27.75 one. Subsequently i was charged £35.23 for that first month of the new plan, which i understand is the changeover cost. However for July i have been charged £35.23 again. I have no out of plan charges and my monthly line rental is £27.99 but on the app and my account it says “payments received: £35.23”. If anyone could give me a reason as to why i am still being charged much higher it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi others have connected their g50 to I'd 5g after updating the phone, I have updated my g50 put in my I'd SIM but cannot get 5g, phone is Android 12 and states it is up to date, So I am a bit lost as to why it won't do 5g, any ideas welcome, cheers

Incorrect allowance notificaiton

HI. I’ve recently upgraded my contract to add more data. I had unlimited minutes prior to the upgrade and have still got unlimited minutes. Why am I receiving notifications stating I have used 100% of the minutes included in my plan and will be charged 40p a minute for any more calls?

I have noticed on June bill that ive been charged amounts like £0.20, for a call to my landline, (which is what my last question should have been titled), lasting hardly any time at all e.g. 0.02 mins. In total these calls only amounted to £1.00, but i dont understand why they are on my bill and i cant figure out why im calling my own landline.Can someone smart please figure out why im being charged for these calls? out of plan charges for use of landline

There are four charges which together only amount to £1.00 but i question the veracity of these. They are all on 6 July and cost £0.19, £0.40, £0.20 and incredibly £0.01!I would like to find a way of further investigating these charges so would appreciate any advice.

I have just ordered an iPhone 13 but have received an email this morning saying it is now out of stock. I need it to arrive this week. I was wondering if you know whether this will happen and if not could I consider changing the colour of the device for faster delivery? Thanks
