My data allowance has shrunk from 120 GB to 1.5 GB

I finally managed to migrate to this awful new app only to find the 120 GB data allowance on my contract has been reduced 1.5 GB. If I didn't have a rollover amount left I would be out of data now. Can I please have old allowance reinstated. I've tried to get through on live chat, but that doesn't seem to be working.

Error message when updating my Direct Debit

I've been trying to change the details on my direct debit for about a week. I keep getting 'Oops something went wrong, try again later'. At first this was every time I try to log in. Now that I’ve logged in I am unable to update my Direct Debit. I have changed my bank account. The details are correct but I’m still getting 'Oops something went wrong, try again later'.After reading other peoples experience - I have tried downloading the app on my phone. Still the same. I have tried updating the app and restarting my phone.Can someone please help? If I am unable to change my details I wont me able to pay my phone bill.

Charged Twice for Minutes Add On

I requested a 200 minute add on in the website for £3.  However I was charged twice and my account will be debited by £6.  How can I get a refund or this error on the website ? Thanks, Dobby

3 mobile to id mobile

I am currently with 3 mobile and the customer service has told me that I can't take my phone number for 3 to ID mobile as it is the same network! Does anyone know if this is true? Or has anyone done this? There was nothing in the small print 🤷

No welcome email

I have just joined ID Mobile after switch providers, I used my PAC code to keep my phone number, so far I haven’t received a welcome to ID Mobile email and can not log into the app because my phone number doesn’t work, any ideas on what I’ve done wrong, thank you

Poor mobile data signal at home (want to use three home signal)

I am currently experiencing poor signal inside my home.I was thinking about getting some device to boost the signal within my home, such as a femtocell. But it seems that iD don’t make a femtocell, but iD does use the Three network and Three have a femtocell.If I was to get a femtocell from Three (the Three Home Signal), would that help boost the signal within my house?

Credit Checking Flawed

Hello ID Community,I'm wondering if anyone can explain some detail behind how the following has unfolded:1) Ordered £16/unlimited SIM as existing customer deal. 12 months contract.1a) Cancelled: "bad credit"2) Ordered £8 smaller deal. 1 month contract.Just to highlight: this is a total commitment of £8. 2a) Cancelled: "bad credit"3) Found out ID uses Equifax. Spoke to Equifax. Not only is my credit score very good, but also the specific details that ID likes to check all have no negative issues. They're all fine. I'm going to Currys this afternoon to have some discussion about this. ID has put me in a position where my current EE contract has nearly expired, but I have nothing to replace it with. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Help with transferring Whatsapp to new phone

I’m experiencing issues with accessing WhatsApp on my new iPhone 15 pro since I transferred from Vodafone to ID.Whatsapp is the only app I seem to be having issues with since I transferred both my SIM and phone. I’ve tried all the instructions given on WhatsApp on my old phone but when I try to open the app on my new phone, I just seem to be going round in circles. I’ve watched multiple videos on YouTube and tried resetting my network, uninstalling and reinstalling the WhatsApp app as well as restarting my phone a few times. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had similar issues and been able to resolve the problem?

I am not receiving one time password SMS messages from my Polish bank. I have contacted them and their records show the message was sent and received by my phone operator but not forwarded on to me.

payment been taken 3 times, trying to find someone to contact

Hi all, First time user of this community.I was recently sent a message informing me that my phone payment was due in 2 days and that I had to pay. I’ve been having issues setting up a direct debit, which has meant these are regular. I attempted to pay but when i attempted to pay I entered the details and got a “Ooops! something went wrong” and never received a confirmation of payment. Two days later my phone got cut and I received the text message and again attempted to pay, but the above happened again, on 2 different cards. Again, neither have received confirmation of payment. Yesterday i attempted again and the same happened, however, I then received a notification from my bank, as ID Mobile have taken 3 separate payments from me for my phone contract this month. This totals £110 in total. I’m a relatively low income job and have a family to support, so every £ is crucial in the current climate. I’m trying to get hold of someone to see how this is resolved, as my balance currently

Mifi 4g router SIM issue when in France

The iD SIM card works well in a 'mifi' portable 4g router here in the UK but it won't work in France. I've tried various APN permutations logging into it via my laptop but it won't work. It does work in France however on my phone.Any ideas anyone?

I get a “No SIM available” error periodically

Good afternoon, I recently got a new contract with iD mobile and a few days after I put the SIM in my iPhone 13 I got a “No SIM” message in the control centre. I asked for a new SIM but after a few days that doesn’t work either.Putting my phone into flight mode, resetting network settings and restarting it doesn’t fix the issue, and the only way I can get it to work is by ejecting the SIM tray and putting it back in again. But even after I do that, it only works for a few hours and then I get the same message.Apart from this issue, I’ve had fine service and good signal.Does anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if there’s anything I may need to elaborate on

Upgrade declined due to failed internal security checks

Hi there, I’ve seen a few threads on this topic, though none seem to give a straight forward answer.  My existing ID mobile contract is eligible for an early upgrade. Yesterday I went to place the order for the upgrade through the Carphone Warehouse site as IDs own upgrade site appears to be down at the moment.   I placed the upgrade order and shortly after I received a text from CPW saying that they needed more info to process the order. I called them up and found that the issue was that my address didn’t match the address on my ID account. After fixing that on my ID account, CPW confirmed my details now matched and proceeded with their “internal security checks”. At this point I was told that those checks had failed, though they couldn’t tell me why. The person I was speaking to spoke to his manager and was told that this happens from time to time and there was a number I could call to straighten it out and prove that I was the account holder. Help!

Bought a phone on contract on ID Mobile through Carphone warehouse. The Sim is not recognised by any phone therefore unusable. Carphone warehouse keep telling me to contact ID mobile direct but it seems impossible. Live chat doesn’t work and there’s no way I can find to speak to anyone. Can anyone help please? Thanks

I have just joined iD Mobile and having big coverage issues, despite there being 4G in my area. I tried using the Live Chat to address this issue but it gets me nowhere. I would like to speak to a person on the phone, as I will have to move networks if I can’t get this resolved. Please can you give me a telephone number to call? Thanks Laura
