Bought a phone on contract on ID Mobile through Carphone warehouse. The Sim is not recognised by any phone therefore unusable. Carphone warehouse keep telling me to contact ID mobile direct but it seems impossible. Live chat doesn’t work and there’s no way I can find to speak to anyone. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Sounds like your existing iD SIM card is faulty or INACTIVE.
You can get a replacement iD SIM from any Currys store,
You can also contact iD support via their social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter). The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile do not operate a telephone support helpline.
