cant pay my phone bill

I can’t afford to pay my phone bill due to losing my job as I have been in hospital and I am still not able to work because of covid 19. I got a letter saying that if don’t pay within 7 days my account will be disconnected and legal proceedings may also be issued. Please could someone give me some advice as I can’t call the call centre

swapping sim into another phone.

I have dropped my Samsung galaxy and have been given a sony xperia phone to borrow. I have placed the sim card into the sony. It is asking me for a pin number or IMIE. Is this to unlock the sim card or the phone?

how do i cancel my pay monthly early when call centres are closed

I have a sim only and a contract plan   i took the contract out for my partner but it was in my name he set up the account so I haven’t got the details on my app. How can I cancel it early without the call centre being open    thanks in advance  Rebecca

Currently on three network, when asking them for pac to transfer my number to id I was told it's not straight forward because of the same network. Is that true? Do I need to go from paymonthly to payg first and then get a PAC?

i'm abroad - i want to cancel my pay as you go sim account, but calling 03 numbers is very expensive and the wait is long. live chat doesn't work. please resolve the problem or tell me how to contact you.

I signed up to pay monthly with iD Mobile, I requested to keep my old phone number. I put my SIM card in however it kept coming up saying no SIM, went to Currys to get a new SIM now this one says no service. I am unable to activate my SIM  and i am in desperate need of my phone. Please help

Pay monthly phone - combined bill required

I am looking at purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra over a 24 month period.I am able to expense the entire monthly payment if the handset price and airtime are bundled into one monthly cost & not split out / itemised on each monthly invoice. I understand that many of the larger networks (O2 / EE / Vodafone / Three) now split the cost of phones into a handset bill and an airtime bill. I have asked the ID mobile live chat whether they split the costs or combine, but they weren’t able to confirm either way, nor were they able to provide me with an example invoice.Can anyone shed some light on how the pay monthly contracts are billed?

I ordered a pixel 7a from iD and along with the order I was promised a £50 currys gift card. The time for me to receive the gift card has now passed and I still have not received it. Someone please help

No service

No network at all since 16:00….funny thing is daughter and wife both using ID...both have full signal. Location is Ashford, Kent. Tried everything..even had an argument with apple support as I thought is because of my phone.

Since 10:30 this morning I have had no service at all. I pay my contract to be able to use it. Haven't been able to receive calls or nothing. Its now half 5 and still nothing has changed. What's going on because this is a joke.

How can i remove call forwarding from a device i dont have?

Long story cut short, I had a device and number with ID but had to return it due to very bad signal issues, I set up call forwarding to another number whilst my phone was due to be returned. I reset all settings on the IPhone 15 but the call forwarding is still on and I no longer have that device (returned to mobiles.co.Uk / ID) After several hours on live chat and ID staff all saying different things and different codes not working, the call forwarding is still on and apparently ID can’t remove that even though several colleagues said they had removed it but it is still on. How is this possible?how do I remove call forwarding from a device I no longer have? Already tried all the keypad codes etc. p.s ID most be the worst network I have ever used.

Poor 4G in East Cheshire area.

My partner and I have moved from the Channel Islands to East Cheshire and since arriving here in May we have both experienced poor 4G signal and barely any 5G in the Alderley Edge/Wilmslow and Manchester area. I cannot access web pages whilst out of the house using 4G, this is incredibly frustrating. Really disappointed with the signal here. What can be done to fix it?Any help would be much appreciated, otherwise I will be moving contracts.

Hi I am not getting any service in my area of Glasgow/ Bellshill. I have restarted my phone and I am having to use my WiFi to use my phone to make and receive calls. I not sure when this started but I need this sorted asap.

broken phone

Hi ID Mobile. My phone literally just stopped working today. The screen is blank with random flashy colours every few minutes popping up. It hasn't really worked properly for the last 6 months of use lots of freezing problems and the touch screen is awful now it appears to have finally died.A hard reset wont work I have already triedWhat can you do for me?

Number won’t verify after porting from EE

Having ported my old number from EE last week on my iPhone 14 I still can’t receive calls or texts. Have tried all the tricks in the community tab and online to no avail. The number is just stuck on verifying. I spoke to iD and got a new sim sent through but even now it still doesn’t work! Any ideas please? Need to use this phone for work.
