Address and Postcode Mixup

Hi, I recently upgraded my account and ordered a new phone. But DPD have been unable to deliver the new phone as there was a mix-up with the address and postcode and they did not match. I did change the Delivery address for the the phone via the website using the Dropdown box to select the correct address but for some reason after selecting the address the system defaulted back to my old Post code, hence they did not match. I have since gone back onto my account and corrected this. I have also tried to contact Carphone Warehouse customer service Chat but they have been unable to access my account to resolve this, presumably because of the postcode/address mixup. All I have been told to do is take my ID and proof of address to my local store which in the current circumstances is impossible, How do I get this resolved….??? or do I have to wait until things are back to normal whatever and whenever that may be. PAC code is not accepted

Hello, I text to 65075 and receive a PAC code. However, my new provider cannot use it. I was said twice that the PAC did not match the phone number. I wouldn’t bother the support, but just the same already happened when I tried to do that myself on web. The system does not accept the PAC code that ID mobile texted me. Could you help, please? Change of contract

Hi I have upgraded my account so I have unlimited minutes instead of 250m8ns cis of the self isolation. I did this on the 25th March but today I got a notification to say I had used my minutes and I will be charged 40p per minute. But I can't speak to anyone about it and I'm afraid to ring anyone no. But my plan has altered to my new one on my account. Can anyone please help with advice. X

replacement sim not working

I know This has been asked before but my replacement sim wont work. I’ve tried switching it off and on. I’ve already looked at previous questions and they contacted customer service and got it resolved. I can’t contact anyone as no one is here, It says the sim is activated but its not being recognised in phone and unrecognised anyone ringing. Any help would be great Thanks

What's the best thing about ID Mobile?

Hi there I've just ordered my new SIM card and am looking forward to changing providers from a certain network beginning with a V and ending in E. I've not used ID Mobile before and was curious what people think of it? Or the worst, that would be useful too. Thanks! Sally

Deactivating Bixby is easy but the button on the left stays active. It's easy to press by accident, and most annoying

Good evening, my contract will finish next month and I need to close after as I dont use the number. Also I cant make an account so I can close my self as I loose the sim card and the number. So now I dont know how to cancel my contract after finish next month. Thank you

samsung s5 mini

Hello there, given whatsapp has discontinued supporting my old phone because android is too old, I got hold of a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini for the time being; it seems I can’t get registered on iD mobile network, though… The model is not in the “SIM compatible” list but neither was any of my older mobiles. Is there anything I can do or it is only :chnge phone get a SiM that is compatibleThanks and best regards

Billed for £16, Signed up for £12!

I took out this contract for my son and picked a £12 per month contract, yet I've just been billed for £16!I definitely read it right, and it was 100% £12, ID mobile can you please advise as I'm thinking of cancelling this contract as I feel I've been duped.

Cancel my plan

Hi, I have just recieved the sim and found it has poor signal at home. I tried to use the live chat to cancel it, but it says “I'm sorry, but there are no agents available at this time to handle your request. Please try again later.” I have tried yesterday and today during their working hours, and got the same message. I have also downloaded and registered the app just for cancelling, but cannot find anywhere to cancel. How can I cancel it? Many thanks!

Last couple of days, my calls either don't connect or drop mid way with the message in the title. It's very annoying and I have unlimited minutes so there shouldn't be an issue. Can someone help with this?

PAC Switch. Old number has been lost.

I put in a PAC request to switch my old number from Three on Sunday 10th with a switching date of 12th Sept. It was accepted and I thought nothing more of it. I got a text from my old network that the switch had happened so I got rid of that SIM and assumed the iD Mobile SIM would work on my new number. I realised something was wrong when I tried to log into online banking and a PIN didn't come through and have found the number I wanted transferred across is disconnected. My ID SIM is working fine but on the number they gave me, not the one I wanted to transfer across. I contacted customer services and was batted off and told to wait until 6pm. Contacted them again after 6pm and have raised another ticket. Infuriating as I am currently changing jobs and awaiting calls from recruiters etc.

no calls or next outside id network

I ported over 5 days ago and I still don’t have calls and text which means I can’t even set up my phone as I’m not receiving verification codes text through I have been on live chat countless time and fobbed off with it’s been escalated this is 5 days without access to anything or anyone I’ve reset phone tried sim in partners phones and I can’t even access my online train tickets

CURRYS VOUCHER not received

Hi  I purchased the google pixel pro and part of the deal was to receive a £100 voucher.  I have been checking my email regularly and still have not received it. Phone and new line rental purchased on 06.02.23 I was told the voucher would be sent by April.  I have been waiting and checking but still have not received anything in my email. Can you check what has happened?

cannot get PAC code to work

I have my new phone from ID mobile - have inserted new SIM but cannot get PAC code details to work to transfer my old number. I have tried putting surname all in capitals and double checked the transaction number etc. all details correct but still says can’t process and invalid information. Cannot get through for the last 24 hours to anyone in live chat. Can someone please help me to resolve this very annoying issue?

I submitted my PAC last week. Transfer from O2 to ID. That went through OK.But from today I'm no longer registered on a network? Can't make or receive calls or texts?

4g data speeds low wherever i go

I’ve had a I’d sim for a few months now and using as data in my van. in Bristol 3 have been working on their mast for some time which explains the low 1.5 mbps speeds I get with a Cat6 4g router. However even in other locations around Bristol the performance is terrible.  I am now in Luxembourg and still getting less than 1.5mbps. I have tried with a iphone7 as well as the router.  I have used the external aerial for the router, it’s own aerials and no aerials.  While there are small variances it is minimal. On the other hand, my work phone with vodafone gets 15 to 28 mbps almost anywhere. I upgraded my plan to unlimited in the hope that this would help but now I’m just paying more for the same slow speeds. any thoughts as I’m stumped, neither equipment, location or plan seem to make any difference

just got my new SIM. i have my PAC but can’t find the ID mobile number on any of the emails they sent. need the number to fill the form in. Can't put SIM in phone to get it for a few days, and want to sort it now.

Upgrade plans available

My daughter and I both have ID mobile sim only plans. I can see a greater range of plans options to change to than my daughter. Any idea why? How can my daughter change to a plan that she can’t see? The plan she wants cost more than the plan she is currently on.Thanks, Adam

As per title. Not been able to make calls, send texts or use the internet for 2 days. Can someone help please!? PAYG monthly bundle still has 8 days remaining. Unlimited call and texts and have over 2gb of data. Thanx
