Upgrade and site Issues

So I'm allowed to upgrade my phone but the site doesn't appear to be letting me, I go through the whole process of selecting a phone, a plan, accepting conditions, then when I enter my card details at the end it refreshes straight back to square one. No error messages or anything. I spoke to someone on live chat and she told me it was because I wasn't using google chrome as my browser, so I then went and downloaded it only for the exact same thing to happen again. I went on live chat and spoke to a different person who said they'd all of a sudden been informed of a problem on the site in the minute that I spoke to her. Is there actually a problem with the site or am I being fobbed off here?

data roaming in Germany not working

I've tried it earlier today already but there was no option to reply.I'm in Germany just now. With id mobile I get only 2g (no data) when I use o2.de. when I use an EE Sim on the same phone at the same place I get full 4g. I have done everything that was suggested already like turning off the phone for 10 minutes, selecting one manually, data and roaming is enabled on the phone. I have also turned the roaming and international service off and back on in my account. I really think there is a problem somewhere and I would reconsider staying with id mobile if that isn't going to be fixed. The only reason I'm with them is the free data roaming. If that doesn't work I will change to someone else.

Account cancelled but I wanted a PAC code

I cancelled my ID contract and requested a PAC code. I didn’t receive it and now the contract has cancelled, so I can’t text for a PAC code as my sim no longer works! How do I get my PAC code??

Airtime rewards

I know this question has been asked before but this was 2 months ago, is there any plans to get our network onto the airtime rewards app? As there isn't just major network providers in there anymore it'd be interesting to know why ID isn't?

SIM card not work - pay monthly

I got a pay monthly SIM card for my son to use in an old phone.   The phone is unlocked and works with SIM cards from O2 and Tesco Mobile - the only other ones I have to check it with.   When I insert the iD SIM, I get 2 bars or more of signal.   The APN info is greyed out but matches the info given on the iD website. I cannot make or receive calls “unable to connect, insert a valid SIM”   About phone/SIM status says network and phone number “unknown”.   After all this, I tried online activation of the SIM card (even though I was told this wasn’t needed).  Result, “Sorry, we're experiencing some issues processing your request. Please get in touch so we can get it sorted.”   I spent 30 mins plus on the online chat but this got nowhere then I was cut off.   Any suggestions?

Free Samsung Ear Buds

I just upgraded yesterday to Samsung s23 pluss £32.99 and £385 upfront cost, the offer said I will receive free Samsung ear buds with this offer, received my phone today I have not received the free Samsung ear buds that was clearly stated on the website. I went for this deal because of the free ear buds.  Can someone help me with this.

Wifi call not working

I am not quite sure when my wifi calling stopped worked however, it no longer is. When I’m in an area with signal my 3g 4g or whatever works fine but in an area where I have no signal and only wifi nothing appears for the wifi calls. I have an iphone7+ all with the correct iOS update so I’m unsure of what to do. Please advise Thank you

Data Roaming in Lanzarote

I'm currently in the canary Islands, Lanzarote and my data roaming has not worked for the last 3 days. I have checked roaming is enable on my phone and in the app and its all good. I have also downloaded the correct apn again. I have turned my phone off and restarted it multiple times. Is there anyway to fix this? as I am currently paying £50 for a phone that is useless abroad. I think phone calls work sometimes but not always and I do have good connection at these times.

how long does it take for my number to be transferred over?

I set for my number to be transferred over this morning between 8-10am and now at 3:30 i still haven’t received the SMS message to say it’s transferred and it still has the original iD mobile number which I don’t want? How long can it take?

Issue with transferring old number - port-in request can't be submitted

Hi, I’m having issues with transferring my old number. I have received the phone and new sim.First, I tried doing it on the website filling out the form, but since I have not received an obvious transaction number I put my order number in and it said it had submitted successfully. A while later, I receive a text from ID mobile to say there was an issue with processing this request and that the details may be incorrect, so I’m guessing I had the wrong transaction number. I did not receive an invoice or anything with my parcel with a transaction number on. I then registered with the ID mobile app and tried to transfer my old number that way. I initially was able to put in the ID mobile number, PAC code and my old number and each had a green tick next to it, but I received an error message saying one of them was incorrect. Now when I try to do it again, there is a message in the app saying “Sorry, your port-in request can’t be submitted at the moment.” Is anyone able to advise what to do

Calls keep cutting out

Good Afternoon, I have recently switched to ID mobile and am experiencing problems when making / receiving calls. I am on the call for a few minutes and then all of a sudden the line goes dead. I can phone the person back no problem however this is extremely frustrating as I need to use my phone for work purposes. I have checked on the signal coverage page for my postcode DA176HS and it shows I should have good signal. This is also reflected in the signal stregnth on my phone which is more often than not full signal. Please can somebody assist with this issue as it is affecting my ability to work effectively. ThanksAlex

Calls from people claiming i called them

Hi,Has anyone else been getting calls from random people claiming that they had a missed call from your number?Last week i had a call from someone near manchester claming that i called them and today i have had another call from an Asian lady claiming that she had a missed call from my number.Im guessing a scammer is using my number on their VOIP to call people. Any idea on how i can fix this as i really dont want to change my number.RegardsDan

When someone tries to call me, it says number invalid

Hello ID team, I'm today having the same issues as the person in the related topics. I make plenty calls and receive plenty everyday but when ever someone tries to call me today, it says my number is invalid. Numerous people, including my wife have tried to call, all with the same issue. Reception is 3 bars, have restarted the phone twice, didn't resolve the issue.

Dialling 123 for Voicemail

When I dial 123 for Voicemail. The number dials and I can see how long I have been on the call, but nothing happens. No prompt to tell me if I have any messages or even if I want to change pin etc, just silence so I just hang up. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you.

Pin & Fingerprint Log In not working

Despite being set up as fingerprint log in, since Android update 2 weeks ago i can only sign in with email and password on Galaxy a20e. Even if i swap the sign in setting to PIN i still have to use password and email. I have a feeling its the app again and as usual our provider ID is DOING NOTHING!!! yet again. We cant ring to get help, cant email.…   Very annoying ID

Galaxy S7 Oreo upgrade

My Galaxy S7 (with host network 3 firmware) had iD 4G calling and Wi-Fi calling on Nougat (Android 7) It recently updated to Oreo (Android 8) and now it no longer does 4G calling, won't logon to the 4G 800Mhz net and Wi-Fi calling is gone. When I insert a 3 PAYG sim, the options all reappear. So it's obviously an iD issue.

What can I do to protect myself from the sim swap scam? Can I ask ID to never transfer my phone number to another sim card without speaking with me in person?
