My signal is very poor only able to get one bar of signal at home and around my area when out of area I can get 5g not what I expected from a phone network

Switch to iD Mobile - showing an error and not submit PAC

Hi Guys.Ive just joined today and purchased a SIM only deal. Ive got my PAC code and have been trying for a few hours to switch to iD such that i can definitely keep my old number. However - I keep getting the same error message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. - of which ive checked is 100% accurate. Can anyone advise what I should do please?DK

I am moving to uk as a student. I have oppo reno 2z mobile with 4g coverage available. I wanted to know if ID mobile sim is compatible with my phone so that it can work in uk.. Pls let me know as another sim provider giffgaff said that my phone won't work with there sim

calendar has not transferred to new iphone

Hi I have just purchased a new iPhone 13 and transferred everything over. All my apps have worked and my photos and emails etc but none of my data on the calendar app have so I have lost everything. Is there anything I can do pls?many thanks

My phone has the black screen of death! Can I recieve a PAC code via email?

I have a bit of a complicated issue in that my 24-month contract is up in early December so I was looking to see if I could get a PAC code however the only option I can see is to receive one via phone text. The problem here is that my phone currently has the black screen of death as of today’s date - I can’t turn my phone back on! How do I get around this if I want to switch to a new contract? Is there an email option?

Bill paid but no service

I have manually paid my bill yesterday but I cannot call, text, use data and sometimes I can't even receive calls. I have tried every trick to try and solve this. Whenever I go to send a message it comes up as 'error 38'. I need my phone for school and to contact family. I have also paid for these services that are not working. I think it is appalling how ID mobile doesn't actually offer any phone number to speak with an actual person. I need this suspension lifted immediately. I cannot access the live chat for some reason. It is ridiculous how the only form of assistance that this company offers is over a screen.

Hi there. Has anyone had this before…My bill for last month was in credit and my direct debit payment was due out a few days ago and has not come out my account. Would there be no charge come out due to being in credit? thanks 😊

sent text messages saying not sent.

No one is responding to my asked message. I can’t even complain about this as when I’m redirected the service says not available. Very disappointing to say the least. My original question was when I send a standard text message I get a text message back saying not sent. But my text counts show as sent.

Should I wait till my Ugrade date or take a Black Friday deal?

My end of contract date is less than a month, but have no idea what my upgrade options will be? Obviously there's some decent black Friday deals on the Pixel 7 pro, so should I hold out and then get no real upgrade options or pull the trigger now and take advantage of the deals? Anyone have any idea on IDs retention offers on upgrades at the end of your contract???

Change plan but no login details

Hi,I took out a contract for my daughters phone in Sept 20. I want to cancel this and take out new contract with new iphone14. i cannot logon anywhere and not sure i ever registered for this? The number on the DD paperwork is different from actual number so we must have ported her old number.It would be easy-ish to cancel and then start over, but must be easier way?Help appreciated as this is above the Bot’s skill level !ThanksST

Hi thereI’m looking to join from SKY mobile and have 3 phone numbers to port over, SKY have given me a single PAC number for all three phone numbers.Questionhow do i know which SIM card will be for which number? i want to port over after 3/12 which is when the contract with SKY expires do i need to enter the PAC number at the time of purchase or can this be done at a later date?A speedy response would be appreciated as I’m looking to take advantage of Black Friday dealsRegardsTony

Same mobile numbers active on ID Mobile and BT 2 days after porting

Hi, I bought two new ID Mobile handsets and SIMs on pay monthly contracts, but needed to maintain the mobile numbers with BT. So I used the provided PAC numbers from BT and ported my mobile numbers across. This happened on Friday. I can now make calls from my new ID Mpbile handsets and SIMs and it shows the correctly ported Mobile numbers when calling my landline. However, the same numbers are still active on BT 2 days later. How can this be? If I call from one ID Mobile phone, the other ID Mobile receives the call. If I call from the BT phone, the other BT phone receives the call. Please can you tell BT to cancel my numbers and contracts… as I’m now paying twice for the same number and have no idea which phone might receive a call when someone else calls me (i.e. from O2 or VF).
