Log in doesn't recognise my details

I used my email address the bill is sent to. The number issued by ID and year of birth. And the account reset says theres a problem. But not other option or contact.The live chat is a waste of time. How do I overcome this?

Can't pay 1p charge for upgrade - 'Looks like your details may not match'

I keep trying to pay the 1p charge to upgrade my package but I get the error that the address details may be incorrect.I’ve checked and double checked they are identical. What am I supposed to do now?

Fraud Account

Hello,I would to report a case of identity fraud. I’m not an iD mobile customer but someone has set up a direct debit using my name and address. I have reported it to Action Fraud and have received a crime reference number.Could someone let me know what to do next and how to get this stopped asap?Thanks

Need Deactived Phone Number Back!

A few years back I had a YouTube channel that was linked to a gmail account. My only backup for that gmail account was a phone number I had with iD mobile. I hadn’t logged into my YouTube account for a while until one day I realised I had over 14,000 subscribers !The issue is that now Google won’t let me sign back in without 2 Step Verification, which can ONLY be confirmed with this old phone number.. that iD mobile have ‘deactived’.Phone numbers are recycled all the time, so I don’t see why this number can’t be reactived so that I can receive a code from Google. I would give my right arm to get this Youtube account back!

ID haven't full switched me over, what can i do?

I've switched from Three in the last month, but still getting billed because they state ID haven't fully switched me over or done all their tasks in the background. I activated my account and have successfully transferred my number via PAC code. Has anyone else had this issue? Tried live chat, but bot couldn't help and advisors too busy.

I pay for 3 phone numbers ?

Dear ID Employee, I pay for 3 different phone numbers. I haven’t received the bill statements for the other 2 numbers? The recent payment debited from my account was 11 pounds, I received an email bill and it stated 8 pounds associated to my phone number? I received a notification that I used 80 % of phone usage however I have only used 69 minutes of 500 minutes. I am confused. Unless, this has not been updated? Please advise. I would like to receive all 3 phone number payment bills so I can see what I am paying  for and see the usage/airtime etc. I have one family member complaining that his phone is not working? Picking a subject above does not apply here? There should be an option for does not apply. Please help. Thank you, Vera

Samsung headphones didn't arrive with order

On upgrading my phone I chose the Samsung Galaxy as it said it came with free headphones.Seeing as there is no headphone jack on most of the phones now, I needed a new phone that came with headphones that would work with it, as all the headphones I have need a jack.The headphones didn’t arrive with the phone and there was no other information sent with the phone (it didn’t even come with a charger).How would I be able to find out about the headphones?Thanks.

No ID Mobile customer service support available

Hi, i have an issue with my service i keep getting disconnected during call and here a message saying “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number” this also happen randomly when i try to call out too. Also a number of calls failing and people unable to call me.To my extreme frustration i have tried every option on the ID mobile number 7777 and every option leads to the same message directing me to use online chat which is always greyed out and unavailable or to leave a message here which is far from same leave of support available from other providers. i’m disappointed with this service and would like to raise a complaint and discuss my options going forward as i’m regretting leaving O2 for this lack of service.I’m missing important calls and need to speak to an ID Mobile rep asap in private not on a public forum.

OTP not coming through on Pixel 7 after switching from EE

Hi there,  Have recently switched from EE onto a Pixel 7. Initially no text messages came through, was sent a new sim, now all texts come through except one time passwords/ verification codes. Any help is appreciated!

Extra charge for receiving a TXT message

Hello everyone, So I’ve recently moved from Vodafone to ID, and today I’ve noticed on my bill I’ve got extra charge for TXT message £12.34, message is domestic and message was sent from UK mobile number, when I’ve checked this number in my contacts it’s number from my agency (UK mobile number), so when I’m booked in for work in our booking system, I’m receiving a TXT message (with a link) and email. Then I’m logging in to the booking system to confirm the shift, you not sending any txt message to this number as there will be no reply, so I’m just wondering, why am I charged for receiving a txt message and it’s mean now that every time I’ll be booked in for work and receive a text message, I’ll pay for that message, despite I’ve received it not send it.

Paid my bill and my services are not restored

Hi there I am having issue with my networks, I made an outstanding payment of £30.99 towards the account around 5pm, I was told to wait an hour for my services to be restored which I did,  yet I have no services! What's going on? And was my money taken out? calls keep dropping

Hello, I’ve noticed since yesterday that’s my phone has full bars on the top screen but when calling someone it’s drops the call after 15 mins  is anyone else experiencing this issue with id?   Can anyone help ive tried turning phone on and off airplane mode and removed the sim and blow to remove any dust

Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number - calling UK Government (Jobcentre)

I am trying to call 0800 169 0283 from the UK; which is a Government freephone number - UK Government (Jobcentre)After waiting for 10 minutes in a typical phone queue, it eventually says “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number” -  this is the same issue that was reported here for the same number:So is not an issue specific to my phone

I cancelled one account, my other account's account is no longer accessible?

I had 2 id accounts. 1 for my son and one for my daughter.  I have recently cancelled my son's account, and since this occurred can not access my daughter's account, to upgrade/cancel etc. I have tried to get further by trying to get my username and password from the forgotten username/password process, but it says something is not quite right. Ideally I need to speak to a person to get this sorted, but can't find any way of doing that. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
