When I try to pay my phone bill it says an error has occurred, I would like to talk to someone about this but I can't find a way to do so on the app.

Can you advise how you are trying to make the payment? Is it online or over the phone?
If you are having issues via the app you can make a payment over the phone on 0333 003 0001.

I am trying to pay over the app, furthermore I have tried to call said number and I get the usual message of not being able to make calls as I haven't made my payment this month.
