My PAC code from Vodafone hasn't been sent. It should have been yesterday

Hi @Kevsbha,

Welcome to the Community!

Did you submit your PAC request yesterday and receive confirmation?

If the port is due to complete today, please allow until 10pm.

However please get in touch with our Live Chat Team if you require further assistance.

Hi I got the phone on the 15th of the November and Currys sorted it all out and was given the 19th as the change over date for the PAC code. I haven't yet received the text from you about the change over yet

Hi there @Kevsbha

The PAC doesn’t get sent to you, it gets sent to iD. They then migrate your number over to the new iD SIM card. As your date was the 19th the port should have completed by now.

If you’ve still got the old Vodafone SIM in the phone and their service has stopped, switch the phone off completely and eject the Vodafone SIM.

Then insert the iD Mobile SIM into your phone and then switch it back on. If the phone and SIM work together you should then receive the text from iD.

If you already have the iD SIM in, switch the phone completely off now, switch it back on and see if iD has now become active using your number.
