p20 is not showing any signal there is a red x above the signal indicator

Hi there @billbod50 Do you have anyone else in your household or that you see regularly in which you could try your iD Mobile SIM in their phone?  Just to see if your iD SIM works fine there?It could potentially be an issue with the Huawei phone you see.Though it might be worth doing a factory reset of your phone, to see if that helps.https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/how-to-videos/factoryreset/This would erase things like photos and videos from your phone though, so you should try and do a backup beforehand if there are things on the phone you wish to keep hold of.

Technical issues: multiple texts

Hi there @phoebe123 We’re very sorry to hear of the struggles faced with the delivery there, that’s something neither ourselves or DPD would ever be proud of for sure. Thankfully the issue you’ve mentioned doesn’t sound like one due to a faulty device.Did you port a number over to us from a previous network?Do you happen to know if within Settings > Profile (at the top) the correct mobile number is listed there (it should be your old number you moved over to us, if you ported one over).You may possibly need to log out of iCloud or Apple ID in order to make the change if it’s incorrect. The following may help you change that number too: Turn off the phone > Take out your SIMTurn the phone back on (no SIM) > Leave on for a few minutes or so.Turn off the phone >  Pop the iD Mobile SIM back in the phone Turn back on.====Please can you try to follow these steps to see if it helps with your non-iPhone SMS messages?1)    Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)2)    Restart your

Annual Tariff Update Letter

Hi there @Dancer Is the letter you’ve received relating to an upgrade of your existing account?  Or is it a special deal for a new second line with us?We’ll send you a new private message on here now so that we can take a further look into your account with you and assist you further there.Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages. If you’re logged in to your “My Account” area on our website or logged in to the iD Mobile App.  Then within there, you can change your spending cap on your account.This essentially sets the amount of which you could potentially ever go over your bill.  If you were to use up your existing allowances early in any given month, or had any charges from calling a premium rate number (like a business, etc).

Final Bill complaint

Hi there @Lulu2 Cancellation requests are a 30-day notice period.  Which is why you would have the message there regarding the 30days to notify us if you change your mind on that for any reason.You should have had a text to the SIM card to state the date specifically that the account will be cut off.If you put the request in on January 17th then it would be February 16th you should be getting disconnected.If the Live Chat Team have given you a £5 credit related to a complaint then that should apply to your next bill.Any last bill for your account should be showing on the account within 1-2 days of the disconnection.You could pay that through the iD Mobile App or it’ll come out via Direct Debit about 14 days after the disconnection if a Direct Debit is active still.

Hi there @N111vec Do you still have a welcome letter or welcome email from the date you began the contract?  The number should be listed there if need be.Alternatively, if you still have the SIM you could pop that in any phone and make a call or text from that in order to find the number that way?Let us know if none of the above is helpful though, and if need be we can send a private message to you here if that be the case.

Hi there @billbod50 The Huawei P20 should definitely work with iD Mobile SIM’s. The phone in question isn’t locked to any previous network is it?  Do other SIM’s work ok in the Huawei P20?

Some planned work is flagged to be taking place soon locally on the mast closest to that postcode.So it does seem like Three are currently aware of some problems recently and looking to address those.How long has it been that you’ve noticed problems?Have you had calls or texts fail due to recent troubles?Do you have WiFi calling enabled with your phone (if supported)?  As this could prove very helpful when at home or in places in which you have WiFi.

Unlimited data usage in Spain?

Hi there @Adesjeep 350GB over 2 months works out at about 43GB a week.  Which in this day and age I believe would be considered fair, given how common streaming things on our phone has become.350GB in a day however might be a little steep.If you did receive a text to say you appear to be abusing the fair usage system then it may be best to try and spread things out a little more depending on what it is you’re doing. Obviously if what you’re doing is for work/ business-related matters and it’s a necessity for you to be hammering the downloads a lot, then it may be better to go with a higher cost provider elsewhere.

Hi there @bevstead If you’re looking to switch over to a rolling SIM-only plan once your two year contract ends, then please see a topic that covers just that here: It sounds like what you’ve done is simply gone ahead and bought a separate SIM only contract which would be it’s own separate thing with it’s own unique number.If that was a mistake, and you won’t be needing that second line then please confirm that here and we’ll contact you to have that cancelled.

Howdy @WendyD and welcome to the iD Community here.If you register your iD Mobile account on our website here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccountEnsure you use the iD Mobile number we gave you when doing so.Then once you’re registered and logged in, you can head to the “Keep My Number” section to enter your PAC (code) and the number you wish to bring over to us.It should then only take 1-2 working days tops for that to come over. You can continue to use your old network SIM until things cut off there if you want to ensure people still reach you on your old number.  Then know the moment you’re signal goes on the old SIM your number should then be active on your iD SIM.
