I have a PAC code from my previous provider but not sure how to activate it

Hi there
If you register your iD Mobile account on our website here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
Ensure you use the iD Mobile number we gave you when doing so.
Then once you’re registered and logged in, you can head to the “Keep My Number” section to enter your PAC (code) and the number you wish to bring over to us.
It should then only take 1-2 working days tops for that to come over.
