Pac Code not working on Id app or website

I've been issued with a talktalk PAC code to transfer my number to I'd.  Tried to do the transfer via the website and got a text saying there was an issue and to talk to customer services, but no one in customer services... Call centre closed and live chat closed.  Tried installing the app and just get the message phone number or PAC code incorrect despite me checking a lot of times that they aren't.   Any suggestions other than to pick a different network to transfer to!!!

Not connected to network

I have recently bought a contract with a Samsung A!) pone with ID sim for my mum who has medical issues . She needs this to keep in touch . I have tried it for the first time at her house today , and have been unable to make several calls , I get the not connected to network message or it just drops out . There is very poor signal reception , although my mobile on vodaphone works fine -  Why is this doing it - and can it be solved - my mum needs this connection ?

Can't receive international texts

HI I'm in Australia. I had received all text from Pakistan for 2 months. And it stopped now.im unable to send or receive any msg now. I have recharged it as well. Kkindly help .thanks

Can I buy a SIM to use just minutes and texts with?

Trying to get a cheap sim for my father in law. He uses an older non smartphone. Does not need data or texts. He uses pay as you go at the minute but costing him 15-20 per month. Can he buy a sim with data from ID and use it on his older phone? The £5 sim with 2gb and 500 mins would do for £5. Just doesnt need the data. But will it work on his phone?

I joined ID 3 days ago, I’m within the 14 days cooling period however I want to change to a higher tariff. Do I have to return the phone or ID can just change it? Any advise welcome.

New SIM card not working on iphone 14 despite char operator saying it was activated

I just got my new iPhone 14 today and am starting a contract with ID mobile. When I enter my SIM, it says No SIM entered. I was on the live chat with the operator and they said they had activated my SIM for me but it still says that there’s no SIM in the phone. I’ve not even received my phone number in the pack or anything so I can’t register myself to activate it or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

calla keep dropping

I was on the phone to 101 and after 2-3 minutes the call disconnected. I immediately called back and the call connected and immediately disconnected. I've tried other numbers and the calls disconnect within seconds of connecting. I have 2-3 bars.

New unlimited SIM, cant access 4G or internet abroad

We bought this for my wife just before coming out to France so she could continue to learn French online and keep in contact with her friends Sadly, the only way we've been able to do that is by using my phone as a WiFi hotspot.Hers refuses to connect to 4G or internet despite having data enabled, and Roaming switched on.Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.Mine, which works, is a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE.

Account Suspension

My direct debit didnt work because I changed the card details so my account was suspended.  I paid immediately and my account is now showing as paid but my account has still not been reactivated and I am unable to make calls.  How do I get my account reactivated?

I have an outstanding balance of £0.00 and I can't set up my direct debit again

I paid my bill 2 days ago and it still says I have an outstanding balance to pay of £0.00, which is restricting my calls and texts and not allowing me to set up my direct debit that was cancelled last month. I have tried phoning up but all it seems to all be automated services that just redirect me to here or the support page/FAQs. Can anyone help with this?

What to do on number transfer day?

Hi, this may be a silly question, but I am going to start the process of changing my number to iD Mobile, but just wanted to see what I do on the day the number transfers?I currently have an EE sim card in my phone, but on the day of transfer, do I keep my EE sim card in my phone until it stops working, and then put the new iD Mobile sim in to my phone, and theoretically it will then be using my old number? Thanks in advance for any info!

New phone and sim not delivered. No emails from dpd

Hi. I am a new customer to ID mobile and On Monday I took out a phone and sim plan with ID mobile. I have not received the phone or the SIM card and had no communication from dpd either. I have the order reference number from ID mobile and that it is. Please let me know when it will be delivered and what can be done. Thank you

Please help! Cannot switch to iD Mobile

Can someone please help? I've tried to submit my request to port my current phone number over to iD mobile and I keep getting the following message…“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”I have checked my details multiple times. They are all correct, and the PAC number from my previous carrier is valid and not expired.If I knew iD mobile didn’t have a proper customer service then I’d probably have decided against taking out a contract with them….

sms failed to send message, but was actually sent duplicated

Hi. I have a weird issue with SMS sending. When I send an sms, I will sometimes get a response as saying that the message ‘failed to send’. However the recipient however will receive the message three times. This doesn’t happen every time, and seems to happen only to specific recipients. I have tried delete the contact from contacts and recreating them, but the same happens. Any ideas?  Many thanks.

Unlimited data abroad cap

Is there a cap on unlimited data usage abroad? I hope to purchase the unlimited data 30-day sim, I wondered whether it is subject to a data cap like many of the others on the market. Having looked through a lot of similar questions, the answers seem to differ which is quite confusing. Thank you in advance.

Blacklisted phone bought at Currys

Is there any reason why ID would blacklist a handset bought at Currys please?Currys will be destroying my handset after sending it to Sony for repair as the say ID have blacklisted it.
