I've been with I'd for almost 3 months I've got my £100 Currys gift voucher with my pixel 6A and I referd my mum she paid her 2nd bill on the 1st of April we both didn't get out Currys vouch for that either please help

use in the EU

I’ve been to Spain for two weeks and when there had the roam like home text. I am being charged for out of plan charges £24.99 which shows as rest of the world roaming. I thought Spain was in the EU? It’s shown as band 1 on the roaming chart.My daughter is on I’d mobile and went to the same places as me during that time and hasn’t been additionally charged. I’d like my money back

Tethering laptop to phone's internet connection while roaming

I am in France and have successfully initiated roaming on my android phone by creating a new APN as suggested by iD. I am trying to tether my phone to my laptop, to use the phone’s roaming connection as a WiFi hotspot. The phone is getting the internet, the laptop is connected to it via WiFi, but the laptop is not getting the Internet.I have always been able to make this connection to the internet in the UK, the only change here is the roaming (using, of course the new APN created to facilitate roaming).  Dave

Contract fraudently taken out in my name - proven and need to remove from credit file

A fraudulent contract was taken out in my name, whilst I was out of the country and registered to the address I sold and no post was forwarded. This resulted in it going to debt collectors, I have spoken to them and given proof, plus action fraud. The agency has advised me that they are no longer dealing with the case and it’s gone back to you. How do I get in contact to have this removed from my credit report?

cooling off period

I want to cancel my contract, and i am well within the cooling off period. It is VERY DISHONEST of ID to say that i will have to pay the full years money if i went forward to cancel, when i went to the page that deals with it. My reason for cancellation is that 1) I am not able to transfer my number to ID because the page that deals with that is broken. It says some of my details is wrong but doesn't specify what. But all my details are correct. 2) Customer service is all online and not very ernest. Live chat is just automated bots. I left a message on the forum about not being able to switch, and i got a reply the next day that wasn't comprehensive. I was told to use capital letters for my last name, which i already did and doesnt work. The fact that i have to wait another day to get another response, and the fact that the agent didn't look into it seriously, or asked for my details etc. makes me believe believe i am not going to deal with this company.  So, please advise me on how i

First direct debit date

Hi All I recently signed up with ID Mobile and have a contract stating a switch over date of 2nd May however got an e-mail from ID Mobile saying first direct debit would be on the 26th April. Wondering what the reason might be for the first direct debit to be taken before the switch over date?Thanks!

can not sign up to wensite

Bought my sim back in nov 22 in store. Tried signing up to the website but it says my details are incorrect can not figure out what’s wrong?  can not even get into a chat with anyone bc the waiting times are atrocious or no one is available. Tried via social media but they say my details are wrong and I’m not the account holder but can’t tell me how I can validate that I am.  anyway to reset my details so i can sign up

Security code not sending

I’m not receiving my 8 digit security code. This means I can’t set up my online iD account, so can’t set up anything. I have tried using my new iD sim and my old sim. I am receiving texts from iD about bills, but not the security code. What do I do?

How long does it take for a new SIM card to arrive??

Hi, I’m a new customer to ID mobile and I ordered my SIM card last Wednesday (5th April) …. the postman has been today and still no SIM card.I  can’t register on the app, because I need the code that was sent to my mobile number, which I don’t have.I appreciate that last weekend had 2 non-working days (Good Friday and Easter Monday) but surely it should have arrived by now??My direct debit has already been set up …. I’m wondering if I’ll still be expected to pay on the due date for something I haven’t yet received??How much longer should I wait before the delivery is deemed to be  “lost in transit”??Any advice please as to what I should do next??Thanks  :)

I used the link in an email yesterday to Port my old number over from Three, I was told it would be completed today, my old number has now been deactivated and not in use, I now have the IDMobile number, when will my old number ported over, could it be at any point today?

I can't set up direct debit again after 2 failed payments.... the pay too set it up just keeps saying loading been like that for 2 wks and can't get in touch with anyone... I'm fumin with this as can't afford for phone Togo off.....

What happened to my PAYG credit ?

HiOn 14/02/2023 my PAYG credit was £9.91.I believe I made a chargeable call on that date but I may be mistaken. I don't think I have made any calls after that date.If I am mistaken, my previous chargeable call may have been on 14/11/2022.I went to use my mobile today and the automated service (7777) told me I had reached my cap limit.Logged into the ID Mobile web site and my account is showing a zero balance.Can someone at ID Mobile tell me what happened to my PAYG credit and why ?Also like to mention that getting through to ID Mobile is almost impossible. Tried using the live chat service. Was told numerous times that all agents were busy and to try later. On the one occasion I did manage to get in the queue (estimated wait time approx 50 minutes), managed to wait until the estimated wait time was down to approx 13 minutes and then the chat window closed with no warning. Tried to get back in the queue again but was greeted with the try again later message. So frustrating ! :( Could so

SMS not working and double numbers

When I got my phone I transferred to my old number which seems to be working for calls but I’ve just realised doesn’t work for messaging. I seem completely unable to send an SMS message to someone and where I can send an iMessage to someone with an iPhone, it comes through as sent from the original sim number rather than from my phone number. I cannot work out why, any ideas?

Moved from contract to SIM only. Data didn't replenish so I've incurred data fees

The title says it all I moved to SIM only after my contract expired. I received a credit on my account when my monthly bill was due, my next bill is due in May. My minutes and texts are still unlimited but my data hasn’t replenished (I chose £8pm, unlimited texts, minutes and 20GB data).Because I had no data i racked up £10 in data fees in one day. I assumed it was just taking a while to move over so I bought another £10 in data, but it;s a week after i would normally have new data and still nothing. I could walk into vodafone and get a new sim today, no hassle. Please sort this out and credit me the £10 i incurred out of plan data, or I’m gone.Way to treat customers out-of-contractMobile number is 07930251587I have no data so I’ll get back on when I can find some free wifi...

cooling off period

sim only arrived today. want to port number today but booked for next week. can't get anyone to speak on live chat as wanted to do today. I want to cancel now with my 2 week cooling off period. ridiculous. can't believe you can't speak to anyone. the live chat never works. just says busy and has been for hours.

I filled the form and had confirmation text saying my number will be ported. I selected today (4/4/23) and it’s now gone 6pm and my number hasn’t ported, it’s still active on my old SIM. When will me port happen, any ideas??
