SIM Not Working After 4 Days

So I ordered my SIM on the 19th of April and set the port in date as the 28th of April which gave me enough time to use the data on my old contract. However, on the 28th, my phone did not recognise the sim card and said it didn’t exist, I was told they would fix it by 6pm but it was not.28th/29th April - I found that this was a problem with my phone and so I ordered a replacement sim and was told to activate it and that it would work in approximately an hour or two. I tried to activate it but it would not work and kept giving me the same message “Sorry, we’re experiencing some issues processing your request. Please get in touch so we can get it sorted.”30th April - I spoke to an agent who said they could activate my sim and that this would be done - again in an hour or two. It still did not work. I then spoke to an agent later that day who was great and said it was not working and they would give me money off because of the problems I’d been having and they said they would get a techni

transfer of pac not workjng

i have transferred over from another provider and when opening this account i sent a PAC number to tranfer over my old number but it hasn’t worked. my old plan with my old provider hasn’t been cancelled either. i have rung up my old provider and they have said they haven’t heard anything from you but i filled in all the information. when i go to submit another form on keeping my old number it won’t work. please could someone ring me about this, thanks

Hello my partner is trying to order a new phone and contract through you and is having some trouble he has done it twice and got the email saying success and a order number but no money has been taken for his upfront and no further emails have been sent how will he know if his order has actually been successful?

calling or messaging only works with wifi or 4G enabled?

We have noticed today that when out of 4G signal or WiFi. And despite having plenty of bars of signal we can't recieve texts or calls. Anyone able to help? I have tried network reset and turning phone on/off. Removing sim etc

PAC Code on purchase

Hi I’m transferring from Vodafone. When I bought the phone I entered all the PAC code info and was told transfer date would be this Tuesday. Do I need to enter the information again on the ID mobile app? When I do this it comes up with an error.

When does my contract start?

I have just ordered a 30 day rolling contract sim from iD mobile, but have requested for my PAC transfer date to be the 16th may (as this is the last date of my old contract). Will my iD contract start now, or on 16th may?

fraud 2 account

Hi I'm sorry but made 2 a contracts when is was mentally  out of control I have bipolar and  I have paranoid delusions where c and here things and believe things the two accounts were set up I think as it's very hard for me to piece together because I blank when I am in this State the so heart remember because really it's not me it's mental  illness, the names I've taken it out in is Tanya  West or Tanya Galsworthy phone numbers are REMOVED, REMOVED I was the one who reached out to the fraud the apartment my wife has now under protection and these accounts cannot be left open I wish my bipolar didn't control me like this I only have DLA to live on I have barred money off a family thinking like correct my bipolar manics States I was wrong and now been crushed by the debt and then never reason to get a crime reference number is so you can claim off your insurance I'm trying to do the right thing but I also know the part of me that did it is not me I have no control or memory. When will the poor network coverage in Liverpool be fixed?

Despite the coverage checker claiming of good coverage in the north Liverpool area, the phone and internet signal is weak. The Three website for my postcode states a maintenance issue and never provides updates. I've tried calling Three but they send me to a foreign call centre who refuses to help and hangs up on me. Can anyone in ID mobile help as I ought to switch to another provider otherwise. Many thanks.

PAC code not working

Switching from Virgin Mobile and cannot port my number over.  Details are correct.1.  Tried different browsers2.  Submitted my surname in CAPS as advised elsewhere.Never had a problem with porting to other networks.  All seems a bit Mickey Mouse, particularly as the customer responses seem to take a number of days.Error got:"We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again"

Online Account Cancelled - Old Contract

Hello. I have an account where the contract has expired more than 6 months ago. My online account has been closed because of this and trying to register again I get the message saying that the number is not an ID number. So how do i deal with this old contract when all of the online options are now gone because my online account has been cancelled as it's an old contract? Direct debit is still coming out every month....

PAC code doesnt work - but its correct!

Switching my mum over to ID, already moved my dad with no issues.  Just gone on ID with all the info - PAC code etc - and it says the info/PAC is incorrect.  I have triple checked all the info and its all correct.  Even got the PAC reissued.  Still wont accept it.  What do we do now?

I believed I had two accounts but the system doesn’t recognize my email. I’ve opted to keep my number and thought I’d timed so I wouldn’t eat into another contract month with Virgin but it hasn’t transferred yet. What’s going on?

Issue with sim being disabled after being abroad

As other users have experienced, my sim is locked and my phone won’t recognise it since being abroad in a country where i couldn’t use it.As a result i’ve had to buy a new sim to keep me going, as there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get a new sim from ID.How do i get one? the live chat will not recognise this as a situation which seems odd.where next?

Undelivered phone

3 days ago I ordered a phone from ID that still hasn't arrived, the order was confirmed but since ordering I've lost access to my email address so can't access the order number etc. I can't contact DPD without the order number and I can't contact ID to find out what's happening with the phone. How do I go about finding this out or cancelling and reordering? Thanks
