accidentally deactivated my sim card, help :)

I am in Australia and have accidentally deactivated my ID mobile sim. It now won't let me reactivate it. I deactivated it around the 22nd October. Is there any way I can get my number etc back???Lucy

Hi, I have Motorola phone when I have the option to choose a network type, I only have 2 option 4g and 3g, it doesn't have 5g option, so will a 5g sim still work on my phone

Upgrade through alternative supplier

I am wanting to upgrade and have found a good deal through another website but ID still as the carrier...do you match these deals as ideally I would like to keep my phone number? The upgrade deals on my account aren't any better than the currents deals open to new customers which seems a bit unfair!

Port number to Lebara not working

I decided to join Lebara after about 4 years with idmobie as I was suddenly getting no signal in my house .. Everything had been fine for several years, but I couldn’t put up with the lack of signal .. who could?I got a Lebara SIM, but thought I had to give idMobile 30 days notice, to prevent me paying a month for nothing.I waited about 27 days, then on 31 October put my new Lebara SIM in my phone (Nokia) and provided the new network with the PAC codeI guessed it might take a day or so to get everything working … i got a text saying the port would be on the 2nd NovemberStill, today (5 days later) I can make calls and texts, but can receive either. I’ve been on the Lebara chat line three times already now and twice i was told to wait another 24 hours and today I was told to wait u ntil Monday, as some ‘team’ doesn’t work at weekends.It’ll be 7 days without a proper phone, assuming it gets fixed on Monday. OR .. MAYBE I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO GET IT SORTED

wrong number appesrs on text messages

Charges for RECEIVING MMS messages?

According to the documentation I can find, you are only charged for sending MMS messages but I have been charged for receiving two messages this morning that contained images. Anyone know what is going on here?Thanks

fingerprint sensor issue

Hi, I have added my fingerprint to my phone without a protector on and it isn't working very well. Have to put quite a bit on pressure on for it to work. It doesn't work at all with a protector on (3 different ones) The sensor sensitivity is on full and hasn't made a difference

Increasing data roaming cap

I’m in USA and I know data costs a lot. But I got a text stating I’ve used 80% of my data roaming cap. I can’t find anywhere any reference to this cap, or add-ons that allow me to increase it. Standard add-ons don’t apply as I’ve only used 1Gb of my normal monthly allowance so far.

Need to speak to someone (a REAL person!) to cancel

I’ve been trying to cancel my contract with ID Mobile but you are EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of and talk to an actual real person (I’ve seen this is fairly common judging by the community discussion forum). I never set up the app when we first got the account and can’t seem to access it now as it keeps telling me ‘something seems to have gone wrong’.I cannot log in to the app to cancel my contract, can you please tell me what I need to do to sort this out? I’ve tried calling but just sat on hold forever… A direct message so I can sort this out would be really appreciated.

I didnt receive the additional tech with my upgrade

'If your Pay Monthly Phone plan comes bundled with an additional tech treat, you'll receive it in the post along with your new phone and SIM card. If your plan comes with Apple TV+ or Samsung Cashback, you can find out how to redeem it here.' I have not received the additional tech which I selected with my new contact. Do I need to do anything further to claim them ?

leaving and finally bill

Well after 2 years I am leaving the id network, only because if I ever used my phone as a hotspot or wanted to download something it would never happen and that is the reason for leaving, my wife is on another network and joining that it was seamless, can anyone inform me off the leaving cost, I was told it would be just what is left on contract, (6 days left ) I have been informed now I will get a termination fee also, which was never mentioned when I took the contact out and I asked that question

My daughter and I both have ID mobile sim only plans. I can see a greater range of plans options to change to than my daughter. Any idea why? How can my daughter change to a plan that she can’t see? The plan she wants cost more than the plan she is currently on.Thanks, Adam
