Calls diverted to iDMobile not going to voicemail

I have a call diversion set up from my work mobile to my personal mobile. When anyone calls and is diverted and I don’t answer they used to be able to leave a message on my personal phone answerphone (on my old provider) Now they get a ‘you are unable to leave a message, goodbye’ message. The answerphone works fine when anyone rings my personal mobile directly.

SIM Ipad Pro

Dear community,I have a new ID Sim in my IPad Pro. All works perfectly fine in the UK, but data roaming does not work in the EU - I am currently in Germany.Mobile Data and Roaming are both switched on. Roaming is activated in my ID account as well. I chatted with two guys from ID in the Live Chat and nobody was able to help.I have seen the APN settings - but on an IPad you can only enter the APN name, username and password and not MMSC settings. I have seen that some in the community had the problem and some said they solved it without sharing how. I don’t know what to do and concider to cancel my contract as using data roaming abroad is key for me.Anyone with any suggestions? Thanks, Stefan

Why am i being charged after leaving?

Hello. I left ID mobile and cancelled my sim a few months ago but I've just noticed I've been getting charged £1.86 per month. This is well after the contract was cancelled. I was paying £6 per month so I've got no idea what's going on or how to stop this.

Not receiving OTP messages from abroad

Hello, My digital identity provider from abroad is trying to send me OTPs for 2-FA but they are not coming through. I have done all the necessary checks at their end but the problem seems to be the Three network. I have got the same provider to successfully send OTPs to friends’ mobiles on Vodafone and O2. However when I tried various different Three mobile numbers, it did not work. Needless to say, receiving OTPs is a key requirement. I have opened a case via chat but the agents keep asking me for new timestamps for when the messages fail to come through without actually ever resolving the issue. Can someone please help with this? No phone signal since yesterday.

Is there a problem in the LN12 2BE area please? Myself and my family are all on ID Mobile and none of us have had a signal since yesterday afternoon. It's the first time I have ever had any kind of problem with a signal around here, but used to get it regularly when I was on another network :😪Any answer would be greatly appreciated.Many thanks 🥰

paying my cancellation fee

Hi there I have switched to a new network and I have saved up the cancellation fee which is over £250+ . I want to pay this off immediately and not wait 6 months or so for the funds to be cleared . Can someone give me an actual human being to talk to please, because I don’t want ID hanging over my head whilst I’m with now with UW. I’ve already been through PAC’s etc and I’m now writing this from a completely new network and just want to pay this fee .

Not receiving text messages

Hi, since moving from Talkmobile to iD this week I’ve had problems receiving iMessages / text messages. Sometimes they come through, sometimes they don’t. Particular problem with One-Time security codes.I’ve restarted phone, checked mobile number is correct, reset network settings but no joy. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Direct Debit date is differnet to next bill payment collection date?

Hi,I’m new to iD Mobile and have just had my letter confirmation of my Direct Debit being setup. But it states that my future bill payment will be collected on or around the 27th of the month whereas the I’d already changed the Direct Debit date previously on the iD Mobile app to the 28th of the each month.So, my question is which date will be my Direct Debit payment date…the 27th or 28th?!? thanks Tony

No 5G on Find X2 Pro

I know this has been asked before, but I want an actual answer. So I just switched from virgin, where I could use 5G on my Oppo Find X2 Pro, but now, on ID, I can't. So I go online to find that my phone isn't compatible with their 5G network, even though it can use 5G on Three... And ID uses threes network, so it should be able to. And then i see that the find x2 lite can use 5G, the lowest end x2 phone, while the highest end x2 phone can't? Then the find x3 neo can use 5G, even though it has the same chipset. This question has been asked 6 months ago, and ID said they were waiting for their engineers or whatever to verify it, and they still haven't. It makes no sense. Either enable 5G on it or give a valid reason why it cant use it please

unable to receive verification texts and certain calls after porting number to ID from vodafone

I received my new Google pixel 6 pro on Monday and ported the number over on Tuesday. Since then I am unable to receive any verification texts from services such as Google pay etc. Further, I missed an important phonecall from my dentist yesterday saying they weren't able to operate. As I missed that call, I went to the dental practice and got told that they tried calling and texted me. I asked them to call me as a test and it rang from their end but the phone did not ring at all. I can only assume it is using similar protocol to these verification texts. Are you able to help me asap with this problem? It's only been 4 days and I am already starting to get. Bit concerned with ID to be honest, judging from the fact that this issue seems to be common based on the threads I seen, and also the sheer difficulty to actually get in touch with a support member on the phone (attempted to call 7777, and after going through the menus, just got an automated message to go on their online site).Shas
