texting shows id mobile

How long does it take for normal texting to show my old number as I have rebooted twice and rebooted a friends number why isn't it showing with ee number but is with phone calls? As successful with everything else

Refer a friend not worked for both me and my partner.

My missus invited me to ID mobile a while ago through the “refer a friend” scheme.Yesterday we both received an email saying that our reward was ready to collect.We both clicked on the link in the email and it took us to a page where I think it said an email would be sent to claim our Curry’s voucher.  Well so far neither of us have received the email (it’s not in my junk box) and when I click on the link in the original email again, it says the reward has been claimed ….. I’m going round in circles here ….. any advice please??

Is there any way to find out what date my phone number is due to switch over? Can't remember what I selected when I purchased the SIM card but I'd like to get it swapped asap.

claiming Currys voucher

I have been referred by a friend I have an account number. The instructions to claim the Currys voucher for both parties say to input your account number on the Buyer power portal. The link just takes you back to the referral page, but the part to input the customer number Is missing or extremely hard to find. Feels a bit deliberate to make you give up and forget to claim because it's not automatically done. Any ideas please? Thanks

I want to add a new code to protect my SIM and understand that the default is usually 0000 or 1234.How can you find out exactly what it is?I have read of some people for whom these do not work.Three goes and your are out!Topo

Calls Not Connecting

Having issues with calls not connecting.  Phone rings, I answer and call doesn’t connect then drops out.  Not a signal issue, or hand set or sim all checked.  Started to happen over last week, HELP!!! ID mobile please

How to cancel sim only ordered in error

I wanted to change my plan to a slightly cheaper tariff and ordered a sim only deal in error with a new direct debit set up. I  have since found out I can change all this on my app!! How do I cancel/return this sim? No information anywhere and chat bot is useless.

How to receive a PAC from a disconnected SIM?

I purchased a phone from mobiles.co.uk, returned it a day later (was too big) and was told my ID contract would move to Pay as You go as i already ported my number, However my account is just disconnected so when i text to receive my PAC, I don’t get a reply.Can someone help, I’d be happy to pay to be able to text and receive my PAC number.

change over from another network

I submitted my PAC last week. Transfer from O2 to ID. That went through OK.But from today I'm no longer registered on a network? Can't make or receive calls or texts?

agent says Port was successful but number hasnt changed

I signed up to ID over a week ago and spoke to an agent in chat with my PAC number. Two days later number not changed, still on ID number. Contacted chat again, with PAC, was told its with the Tech Team. Two more days, still nothing. ANOTHER chat agent call, each one being in a queue for 20 mins to be told sorry, what’s the PAC code and your old number, and that tech team will definitely be in touch. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times. Still not ported over. This was coming from UW mobile which uses the EE network.

Old number hasn't been transfered PAC issue

I have switched to ID mobile and I submitted my PAC code from EE to you at the time of joining ID mobile. My old number still hasn’t been been transfered. I have gone onto the PAC page on your website and entered it again and I am getting a message saying there is a problem with the PAC code however no one has contacted me to say there is an issue. Can you please advise as this is my business mobile.Many thanksMike

wrong number on texts

HelloI've recently changed to iD from o2 and changed everything over with my pac number. When I text people from my phone it comes up with my iD number but when my husband calls my old number it still calls my phone on the right (old o2 number)

Top Cashback reward never materialised after signing up last November

TOP CASHBACK; Like the many complainers regards their ‘missing’ CURRYS gift voucher, seems ID Mobile have a history here; I signed up to them via above cashback site on 1/11/22.Top Cashback advised ID Mobile have still not issued the payment I was promised at sign up😫. What’s the delay??

unable to make international calls / send text messages.

Hi , wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issues. I am making alot of international calls to Australia at the moment from the Uk in regards to work. Making calls has been absolutly fine up until tonight where I am getting an automated message stating ‘my service does not allow access to this number’ despite being on the phone to it for 48 minutes a couple of days ago. I am also noticing that my text messages are not sending to any australian number and yet- I am still being charged for them? last week I attempted to send a message three times, each time coming uo ‘failed to send’ the recipient has stated that they have not recieved the message and yet- on my phone bill, I have been charged three times for sending a message that never sent? This is not the first time either, no messages have sent but It looks like I am being charged for attempting to send them? Its too late to talk to anyone now and due to work I am currently running on Australian time which makes it difficult.

iDmobile SIM in a mifi abroad

I want to use my iDmobile SIMi n a TO Link mifi abroad. I have roaming switched on in the mifi but still do not have internet. Has anyone had any success and have recommendations? I have looked at APN settings for iDmobile but they seem only to apply to mobile phones (android and iOS) not mifi. Many thanks for your help

RPI increase for new contract this year

Hi All,We are considering ID Mobile for our next mobile contracts (from Three) in the next week or so to take advantage of a good Samsung offer (for both of us).However I am concerned that if we do this, after one month's payment of what we agree to, we'll be hit with the annual inflationary charge (RPI, CPI whatever it's called) which is likely to be sizeable this year!Is there a point at which new contracts become exempt from this? Surely they can't expect you to sign up at one price and immediately be hit with the increase (even though I know it's in the Ts&Cs)?Thanks. Emma

I just upgraded and chose this specific plan and phone partly due to the offer of the £100 giftcard. I have checked my emails and do not see an email regarding this, who do i contact?

I’m still waiting for my existing number to be ported across. This was supposed to happen yesterday 4 Jan. I’m finding it I'm possible to get a response for ID to resolve this.I’ve entered the PAC code again but the system says there’s an error which there isn't.

for a couple of days I can’t make a phone call unless it’s with WhatsApp or FaceTime.. what’s gone wrong ?? I have wifi enabled but still nobody can hear me.

wifi stopped working

Today, Thursday 1st December 2022, WiFi calling suddenly wasn't available.I have reset my phone and reset my router, but WiFi calling isn't available.I have seen that 3 have been having network issues today where users couldn't make calls.Is WiFi calling not being available related to this issue? If I turn off airplane mode I can make and receive calls. So perhaps not?I have tried the SIM in 2 different phones, which before today WiFi calling worked flawlessly.The fact that 2 different phones exhibit the same issue, doesn't suggest phone network issues, but ID mobile network issuesI believe WiFi calling not being available is a network issue or something  changed in my user configuration  at ID Mobile.Also today I noticed that both phones reported 4G+ for the first time. This I noticed after WiFi calling stopped. Maybe a coincidence but has ID Mobile introduced network changes or upgrade today?Anybody else experienced similar issues with WiFi calling today?How do I get ID Mobile to che
