Maybe you can get help from iD customer service team through their social media pages, @dimbim.You can send a private message using Facebook Messenger, or on X (formerly Twitter) via a DM.The iD Mobile help & support is all online - there isn’t a telephone helpline.

Mexico coverage.

Okay @dimbim, while it’s free to receive an SMS while roaming in Mexico, it’s not free to receive calls. If the bill cap of your iD account is too low or set to £0, you won’t be able to receive calls, while roaming in Mexico. The iD charge to receive calls in Mexico is £1.50/min.

Can text out to recieve PAC

Okay @Katherine Beaumont, if a text “PAC” to 65075 from your iD SIM card doesn’t work, you can also get your PAC from an adviser by using the Live Chat service.

Hi, when I took out my new pixel 8 a few weeks ago I was told I would get a £100 voucher for currys how do I receive or activate this as I still haven’t got it thank you  Okay @Luke Parkes, if you were eligible then the terms suggest it’ll be emailed to you sometime between 9th May - 8th June.

iD don’t sell any roaming add-on packages, @Amol Sil.Best option maybe a data only eSIM for your destination, or a local SIM card.

That’s nonsense, @Dave Irvine. Three UK are obliged to give you a PAC, if ask for one. A PAC issued by Three UK can be used to switch iD Mobile. From your 3 SIM card, just text “PAC” to 65075 to get your PAC from Three UK.

Transaction Number

Hi, I need a transaction number. The one i’m trying is not working. I believe the iD online PAC submission form needs a transaction number (TN) starting with “4”. Alternatively @Ricep Sed, use the iD online Live Chat service to submit your PAC to an iD adviser.

The live chat just takes you to the same option where it says there's a problem Surely not if you’re talking to one of the iD advisers, @Kirstyanne7685? No doubt the 24/7 chat-bot will recommend doing this using the iD app - I wonder if iD have updated their chat-bot with the layout and functionality details of the ‘new’ iD app?

...shocking you can sell a service that ultimately doesn’t work. Were you unable to get reception anywhere with the iD SIM card, @mgb311? That would be unusual.None of the UK mobile network operators guarantee their services will work everywhere, all of the time - perhaps the Three UK mobile network wasn’t right for you.

New ID mobile issues

I was on 02 but signal was bad here. Not had issues with the signal since being with iD BUT since they have "updated" their website i can no longer see what im using & considering im unlimited calls/texts with 50gb of internet my bill seems mega high this time & i cant check whats going on like i could before! Have you tried contacting iD support using Live Chat, or from their social media pages, @Littleblue?  You can send iD a private message using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter). The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
