porting

I have recieved a SMS on my new ID sim to day porting of old number is complete reset phone which I have done. However my old device with old sim still active (EE) and all my messages are coming through on old sim and when I test my new ID dim it’s showing the new number (not my old number I ported across).the ID app has changed with my old number now on my ID account. Any suggestions what is happening?

I’m aware that people are having issues since the app has been updated, but i’m trying to purchase a new bundle on my pay as you go sim, it starts to load and then a oops something went wrong message pops up. i’m not out of data, calls and texts and unsure how to fix the problem as i have tried to make payment multiple times and keep receiving the same message.

Can someone advise me on your ref . Last two weeks have been dreadful from your firm. Customer Service is useless. Nothing works, duplicate questions in security check plus far too many and time consuming. Last night some person called Kash blanked me. I am due to renew in two weeks. I will not unless my adult content is permitted. Someone in your firm keeps touching my settings. I went to my fathers again yesterday. I used 2 devices, 2 browsers and his wifi. I had no trouble bringing up porn. Your issue is with your network 3. I have said this from March 30th yet no one fixes????

Mexico Travelling

Looking for advice and recommendations for the best approach travelling to Mexico.  I understand ID mobile do not allow add-ons to use UK allowances in Mexico so trying to see what the best option is - get a different sim from a different provider while travelling, eSIM if that’s a possibility or any other options? Thanks

Cancelling my plan

I have 4 ID plans.  I cancelled one via live chat with the 30 day notice only to find that the wrong plan was cancelled. I cancelled this plan again via live chat, tried to reinstate the incorrect one that was cancelled which I was told I couldn’t. These are rolling monthly plans-SIM only. I Have cancelled the DD for the plan I cancelled- now getting several messages about payments which are not actually due. The plan is still live but guess what….the ID account has not worked for days and still not allowing a plan to be cancelled but had a payment notice which DOES work- allowing you to pay as a one off…??What awful service for a customer of over 7 years with 4 plans? I have printed the live chat and have been so frustrated with not being able to speak to someone. I never realised until now after 7 years that ID has no customer services? How awful.
