My old number hasn't ported over properly

My old number from tesco hasn’t ported properly. When I call or text someone it’s shows a completely different number from mine. my contacts don’t recognise the number??

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset, @Eddie Land

The handset user guide will normally explain how to do this.
