Partial Port

My previous number from Tesco was ported yesterday i.e 15th February 2023.The Tesco contract ceased at 10.30 am but since then I cannot receive any incoming calls or texts.Please can you help

No Service

Since getting my iPhone 11 over a week ago, I have had no service. I can use WhatsApp when connected to WiFi, but if I’m not connected to WiFi I can’t message or make calls.

I purchased on-line a SIM card (Unlimited Data/calls/Text) 8 days ago but it hasn’t been received and I can’t get any information, have been to my local Curry’s branch but they can help either, how can I get information?

Text confirmed number changed, but my phone is showing new number and won’t change back to original number, I’ve tried to manually override it but doesn’t save and just goes back to the new number?

Reporting Fraud

I am not an ID mobile customer.I have just received a  final demand notice letter for an account that has been set up in my name.There seems to be no phone number to contact regarding this, no email address, and your Live Chat service is eternally busy.

Proof of Purchase needed for insurance

I need a proof of purchase pdf including IMEI, make, model, and storage size so that I can get my phone screen repaired.  I have seen a lot of similar posts on here for the same question and it seems a bit nuts I have to create a new thread to ask the same thing rather than have a process i can easily follow, so if someone could message me on the community private messages with how to get the required document that’d be great thanks cheers

ID Mobile phone contract of 2 years now ended

My ID mobile phone contract is coming to an end, decided to go for ID sim only, sim has arrived today, but it’s given me a new no. No good at all.How do I sort this out?No human to text or talk to only a ‘bot’,  useless!

ID Mobile has stopped sending texts

I have a moto g50I can receive texts, use data,  make and receive  calls , but if i try to send a text i get the message ‘not sent, tap to try again’ If i look in advanced settings SMSC is greyed out and not editable but has the following listed :“+44782000800”,145 I’ve tried turning it off and on again.

New XIAOMI Phone and SIM Support

I have a contract with ID Mobile for my Android Moto-C phone. I now want to buy a new phone as myMoto-C is starting to fail.I want to buy an XIAOMI REDMI A2 32GB (Black). It is available to buy on the ID Mobile website.My question is - Can I use my ID Mobile sim card in my Moto-C for this new XIAOMI phone ?I checked the “ID Mobile Approved Handsets” list on the ID Website and the XIAOMI REDMI A2 32GBphone is not in the list.Thanks.

recall porting request to the new provider

Hello, I tgink I may have put myself in some pickle with transferring my number across from ID to a different provider.i saw a good offer elswhere, requested my PAC, applied it and requested porting.then I realised that there was a catch and the offer was not good at all as it looked first.called this new provider and requested to stop my porting. The customer adviser said he could not do tgat on the phone and gave me an email addrrss to request it via email, which I did.this was yesterday.today I get a txt from ID that porting request has been received and is in progress being processed.I do not want to leave iD and do not want to lose my number, so not sure what can I do now. please help

new sim contract - no signal

I received a text early yesterday to say my sim is ready to activate. I’ve moved to a cheaper sim only contract with you guys as my phone contract expired. carphone warehouse said I shouldn’t need to do anything and I should be able to carry on using my existing sim, everything should just transfer across as I was already with id network. since I received the text yesterday I have lost signal and I’ve been unable to receive or make calls. The text said it would only take 24 hours. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off multiple times but this hasn’t worked. What do I need to do? thanks, Alicia

Google 7 pro pre order

Hi me again 🤦🏻‍♀️ Wanting to upgrade to Google 7pro but coming up as pre order for 20th April. If I upgrade now will my contact go up now or when I actually get the phone. Currently on a rolling 1 monthly contract so going from £8 to £33 don't want to be paying £33 for a month if I don't have the phone. As will also have to pay upfront cost too. Any advice appreciated

Contract termination and account deletion

Hi,Due to having no signal at all since starting my contract and being unable to speak to anyone on the chat or a human being on the phone I've terminated my contract. Can someone confirm this has been done and can they also delete my community profile and iD account? Thanks.

My mother has dementia and recently lost her phone so we cannot call customer services. I want to request a PAC code but she has never created an account (or at least doesn’t remember doing so) - how can I access a PAC code please?

I have upgraded my plan and have been sent another sim card, however the confirmation email stated that there is no need to swap sums, do I swap sums or not, it is all a bit confusing. 76yr old senior.

Unlimited plan

I would like to ask the following. I have had an “unlimited” SIM only plan for a few years now. I pay £20 a month. I have seen on the ID mobile website that the unlimited SIM only plan is  £18.  Why am I charged £2 Pounds more?, what can I do  so that I pay £18  (instead of £20)? Thank you.

Monthly price too high!!

Got a Google pixel 6a at £23.99 a month in January if this year. Last month it went up to £27.15.  This is totally unacceptable considering you can get a pixel 7 for a bit less  Regards. Paul Woods.
