My ID mobile phone contract is coming to an end, decided to go for ID sim only, sim has arrived today, but it’s given me a new no. No good at all.

How do I sort this out?

No human to text or talk to only a ‘bot’,  useless!

Speak to an adviser by typing “talk to a person”, after connecting to the iD Live Chat service. 

The human advisers work 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and their chatbot works 24/7.
