Add-ons are a great way to top up your data and minutes. Let’s take a look at the types of Add-Ons available and see how they work: What is an Add-On?  You should have enough allowances for each month, but things can change! There might be an unmissable new Netflix series you can’t stop binge-watching on your daily commute – this can eat up a lot of data. Or, if you’re on the phone for several hours a day, you could run out of minutes. If you think you’ll run out of minutes or data before your monthly allowances refresh, we recommend you top up with an add-on. Buying an Add-On works out cheaper than racking up those dreaded out-of-plan charges. For example, a 7-day Add-On of 100MB data is just £1.00. But if you use an extra 100MB of data outside your plan without an add-on, you’ll be charged £10.24. How do Add-Ons work? Your Add-On kicks in once your monthly allowance is used up. If you have an iPhone and get a “Not delivered” message when you send a text, despite them receiving the text, your iPhone may not have the correct mobile number saved. This usually impacts customers who pop their new SIM into a new phone, then switch their number over. Don’t panic, we’re here to help: Step 1 - Check for Software Updates.  Updating to the latest version of iOS software provides the latest features, security updates and bug fixes. It’s easy! Here’s how: Open ‘Settings’. Tap ‘General’. Tap ‘Software Update’. If you have an iOS update available, tap ‘Install Now’. If you see ‘Download and Install’ instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap ‘Install Now’. Having issues updating?
