i was looking at my bank statement today and saw that a d/d was being taken out by you today i dont know why this is as i dont have a phone with you

How much is it to call the UK from Spain?

I have an UK account and I am in Spain. Can I free call to UK numbers?  I have been overcharged from my permanent settle plan. how Can I request a phone call or chat to clarify it to claim my issue ?

My PAC code has expired, how do I request a new one?

Hi my contract ended and I did not use my pac in time. It expired yesterday and I totally forgot.  Problem is i can now no longer request a new code because my contract has ended so I do not have full use of the app and my number is no longer in use. Can i still get a new Pac code from ID mobile  somehow? Thanks alot Dave

Where can I find my transaction ID

I have spent 3 hrs trying to get to speak or live chat to someone. I need a transaction ID to transfer my number but don’t have one. It will not allow me to do it in my services without one. How do I get one. I can’t find welcome email etc so no good suggesting that. I am just about ready to cancel contract. Never known a company where you cannot speak to someone

Temporary number on SIM after PAC transfer

Using Android on a Samsung S23 Ultra.I’ve had a good look through the forum and tried the fixes suggested, but nothing has worked for me and I need some technical advice.After a PAC transfer (from EE) last week, my old number is being used for calls, but the temporary number on the SIM has not changed when I check “About Phone” (also “this phone” in contacts) and when sending text messages it uses the temporary number and not my old number which should have transferred.I’ve tried the following with no success:Switching the phone off for 30 mins with the SIM removed. Resetting the network settings (wi-fi, mobile, and bluetooth). Switching RCS off in Google Messages.Also when looking at Google Messages the temporary number is registered and there’s no way to change it. I’ve been to the Google site mentioned, but the instructions there don’t explain how to change the registered number and I can only assume it’s picking the number up off the SIM.So, how do I update the SIM to my old number

Travelling to Dubai

I am travelling to Dubai next week. Can anyone tell me if I can make calls, send texts  or use the Internet whilst there. If so how much will it cost and is there a better way for me to keep in touch with back home UK and to contact other mobiles whilst there.Many thanks

Can I transfer mobile account from parent to child once they reach 18

Signed up to ID mobile account for my daughters phone few years before she was 18. Now she's 19 and wants to take on the account and pay for it directly from her own bank.  Is this possible.  She doesn't want to lose the number she has currently and doesn't like hassle 😅

How do I leave ID Mobile and cancel my contract you have no customer service? No contact details.

Trying to onboard … PAC issue … no customer service on phone, or live chat.Want a complete refund and cancellation as service unsatisfactory.  If not forthcoming I will complain to OFCOM as no contact details is atrocious.

Phone saying I'm on another line when I'm not

My phone is saying To callers I’m on another line whenever They try to phone, which I’m not, and is not letting me know when they are incoming calls

Has anyone else received a text message from LCS asking to phone 03434113236 regarding ID mobile account.I know it must be a scam as my bill gets paid by dd and I have just been on my ID account to make sure.Just be careful folks

I want to buy a phone on contract but am 17

I’m looking to buy a two year contract for a phone under iD but i am currently 17 years old. As you can only buy a phone on contract when you are 18 or older, can i put the payments under my card but under my dads name? Or will this affect his/my credit score?  Thank you!

I’ve had a contract since aug 21 and still have till aug 23 to go, the contract is in my name but the phone was for my son, he’s now decided to get his own contract but is wanting to sell the phone I have in my name can he sell it even tho I’ve still got £200 to pay ? Thanks

remove ID mobile tv advert!!

I’m writing to ID mobile it tell them why their advert needs to be removed from the tv with the jokes that irritate u so much as there soo poor u forgot what the idea of the advert is about. Funniest enough I typed into Google, “annoying jokes in tv advert uk” as if forgot what the company was even called with the distress of such irritating annoying jokes, funniest enough I seen I’d mobile and emerged straight away. U wanty Chuck the tely out listening to them and who over constructed the idea of using s***** puns as jokes to advertise the company and catch the eye should be In a different line of work. It’s an absolute irritable time to watch the tely when the ID mobile adverts come on. This is clearly a trend considering I forgot the name of the company after watching the irratiting annoying advert of Jokes and I managed to Find the company just by typing “annoying uk tv joke advert” that’s says it all. I can’t be the only the one and I imagaine everything is feelings no mutual and

getting 2nd number/ contract

I have 1 pay monthly contract and I want to have another sim pay monthly contract. When I access my id app, I'm not able to add another contract there, it only allows me to upgrade an existing one. But I want to have 2 numbers/2 contracts in 1 account, is it possible?In the meantime, I had to buy pay as you go and again I wasn't able to buy it from my id account, just had to do it separately. And 1 month is running out soon and I have no idea how to top up. Thanks

Changing my plan from a phone contract to SIM only and keeping my number

My 24 month contract is ending and I want to change to a SIM only deal and keep my current handset and phone number. On the app/website, it only lets me upgrade to a new phone, or when I go to “change plan”, the new plans there are much more expensive than the SIM only deals (considering I’ve already paid off the price of the phone in the past 24 months).I want to switch to a SIM only plan, but how can I do this without getting a whole new SIM card and number? I ordered a new SIM because I couldn’t see another way to do this (using the same name, email address, details etc), but now I feel like ID hasn’t processed that I’m the same customer just trying to change plans.Will I need to cancel my original ID contract, lose my number, and start from scratch? Surely there must be a smoother way of changing plans and keeping my phone number?Looking forward to your help!

Texts not sending

I recently got an Iphone xr on id mobile. I am unable to send text messages or make phone calls. The phone was purchased on the 27th of November and i was unable to phone or text. When i try to make a call it just says that i have reached my cap even though i have unlimited calls and texts. My data also works fine so i am puzzled.

Premium text messages not sending, error code "iD - error 0"

 Having checked I have activated the Premium feature on my phone and I have full allowances and a cap that hasn't been exceeded, I still cannot send a text to a competition number. Please advise Thank you very much.

WiFi calling doesn’t seem to work?

Hi folks I recently joined IDmobile and chose them because I know my signal can be poor at work and at home and therefore need WiFi calling to keep me connected. I was previously with EE and WiFi calling worked seamlessly. When my signal dropped and I was connected to a network it kicked in and no missed calls. Not so seamless with ID. It occasionally works when I’m at home and I can see the symbol, top left on phone but often it doesn’t work and I’m unable to call or receive calls. At work it never works despite being connected to the network there. It’s so frustrating! I have tried all the usual stuff, restarting phone, updating to latest iOS software and resetting network connections. Even removing sim and putting back in but no joy. Anyone else got issues? Finding my phone number using phone keypad

Is there a phone keypad way of finding the number of a phone?  Something like *#06*.   Android phones don’t store the number once a SIM has been changed.. amazing that its not been fixed yet.

How to cancel call forwarding?

Idmobile is the most complex provider I have ever used for getting settings and 4g data. Does anyone know how to cancel ALL call forwarding to voicemail which I have managed to turn off? So far in the north east of England non of us has managed to get a 4G data connection only H+ The call centre girl said search for the ID network but there is no network called that as they use the 3 network, bit worrying when staff don't know that. Is the call center in India anybody know?
