Can I reset my voicemail greeting back to the default?

Hi I want to reset my voicemail to the generic greeting. I do not want it to say my name or use my voice.

Unfortunately it wouldn’t be possible to reset it to the default greeting, we’d recommend recording a new one by dialing “123”.

Once you set a new greeting the default one is replaced.

You can record a new voicemail by dialling 123.

But why is there no option to set up the voicemail without my name or voice? I cannot access my messages without doing it.

Unfortunately that isn’t an option as you would need to leave a voice recording.
