How do I turn my voicemail off,chatline is useless keep getting told my chat is ended before anyone acknowledges me and impossible to phone anyone. I need to switch voicemail off as it's diverting calls

How do I get a member of the customer services team to deal with the issues I have with my phone? Is it even possible?

I cannot find any information about what warranty the Google Pixel 9a comes with when I buy it through an iD contract. How do I find this out? Can anyone tell me? I tried to start a LiveChat and it got auto disconnected before anyone responded.

I recently transferred my old phone number to id mobile on an iPhone 17 and it was a nightmare as the transfer took several hours and my old phone number stopped working for many of these so that I had no access to the number for almost 8 hours. Afterwards there were still issues as I was unable to access to FaceTime and iMessage and could only receive sms while connected to wifi. Nevertheless, finally all these issues have gone away. However, there is still a remaining problem as I am unable to receive international sms and this is a serious problem for me for a variety of reasons. I contacted my provider and asked for a sim replacement (I am currently on a eSIM) but not sure it will sort the problem. Any advice?

I joined id mobile just over a week ago and I was finally able to switch my old phone number to this provider yesterday. It was a nightmare as my previous account (and my old phone number) stopped working at around 10 am and my id community eSIM did not switch to the old number until 5pm or so(about 7 hours later). Nevertheless, there were still issues as some important texts (especially from abroad) could not be received and FaceTime and iMessage did not work. This morning the status quo is more or less the same, I tried virtually any thing to set up iMessage and FaceTime but nothing seem to work and I have never had a problem like that before. What is wrong with this provider?

I am a new member and ordered a phone yesterday (Pixel 9a). I anticipated three or four days before my phone arrived. However, it has arrived today. When I placed the order, I already had a PAC code from my existing network, and I scheduled a switch for five days after the order, to allow for any delays in the delivery of the phone. Now that I have the phone, is ther any way that I can bring the switch over forward?

I received a new iPhone 17 Pro on friday and since migrating everything and the esim from my previously working iPhone I cannot use wifi calling on any network, it just sends me a text saying I had a missed call. if I try to dial out it just does nothing. ive tried deleting and getting a new esim but that made no difference and ive tried turning it all off and on again. ive had to disable wifi calling. how can I make this work? I tried to resolve a problem with an order with the online chat and it has taken 4 conversations where I have been given the wrong information about an order cancellation. Each time I am on the online chat for around 40 minutes before I get any information. Each time I am getting more frustrated with ID. Especially they ask what I am asking for even though it is in the chat and they reply incorrectly. I tried to complain and it opened up an online chat where they didn’t have any information and asked all the same questions with the same experience. Really frustrating. Where do you go when you don’t get the answers. All I want to do is get confirmation my order was cancelled. And have that confirmed in email, which they say will come but never does.

When I make calls to someone who doesn’t have me saved in their contacts I would like my name to display rather than just my mobile number. Google suggests this is something that can be done via the mobile provider rather than from my phone (iPhone) - how do I do this please?

Hi, I’m having trouble logging in to my account. I’ve entered my details correctly, but the system doesn’t seem to recognise them, and I keep getting stuck in a loop without any option to take a different action or reset anything. I've got 3 accounts and want to 2 of them but when I go into the upgrade section of sum only they only show the sum plans that cost£16 or more even though on the main screen it offers the £10 deal am I doing anything wrong?

I requested to keep my number with o2 when switching and providing ID with a pac code. The switch still hasn’t happened and my number was disconnected from o2 about 4 days ago. I don’t no if anyone’s trying to call or text me and it’s so frustrating. Everytime I contact id chat they keep telling me they are working on it and allow 24 - 48 hours but even after that the switch still hasn’t happened, has this happened to anyone else?
