Cant find upgrade when i click 'upgrade'

Hi

I've been offered an upgrade but when I click 'upgrade now' it comes up with a long list and not the deal I was offered. How do I sort?

    You could discuss your upgrade options with the iD Sales team, ​@Doristhemoose.
