not receiving replacement e sim

I have a new phone and would like to transfer my number/eSIM to the new phone. I have requested a new eSIM card 3 times already and have not received any emails. I have checked my SPAM folder as well. Can you advise, please?

@Xiuson  Hello have you requested your Esim through the IDMobile app or website? Maybe try calling IDMobile sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm if possible and if it's not going out your way go to a Curry's store with ID, passport or driving licence are the only two documents they use to confirm one's identity.. What if you don't have either I know been there myself.
