Logging into my account but my details not matching

Hi,

 

I’m having trouble logging in to my account. I’ve entered my details correctly, but the system doesn’t seem to recognise them, and I keep getting stuck in a loop without any option to take a different action or reset anything.

 

At the moment, I’m unable to log in or view my plan details at all. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this and regain access to my account?

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your account.
If you’re stuck in a login loop and unable to reset your details, here are a few steps you can try:

-Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
-Use a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
-Try the iD Mobile app if you haven’t already, sometimes it works better than the website.
