Dear iD Mobile Customer Service Team,
I am writing to request the cancellation of two accounts that are currently set up under my name.
I recently received a Direct Debit confirmation letter for an account, and upon review, I have realised that I currently have three separate mobile accounts registered to me, but I only require and use the mobile number associated with one of them.
My details as the account holder are:
Account Holder Name: { REMOVED }
Correct Address: { REMOVED }
Account Phone Number (for the account to KEEP): { REMOVED }
I would like to keep the account associated with the phone number above.
Please identify and cancel the other two unused accounts.
If you require any further information from me, such as specific account numbers or the mobile numbers for the accounts to be cancelled, please let me know.
