How do I turn my voicemail off,chatline is useless keep getting told my chat is ended before anyone acknowledges me and impossible to phone anyone. I need to switch voicemail off as it's diverting calls

    Can I turn my voicemail on or off?

    To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle voicemail 'off'.
