switching day

I requested to keep my number with o2 when switching and providing ID with a pac code. The switch still hasn’t happened and my number was disconnected from o2 about 4 days ago. I don’t no if anyone’s trying to call or text me and it’s so frustrating. Everytime I contact id chat  they keep telling me they are working on it and allow 24 - 48 hours but even after that the switch still hasn’t happened, has this happened to anyone else?

@Alesse98  This is a bad start in joining a new network. I shall forward your message to a staff member and get this escalated for you. Staff members can be identified by clicking their username and it will state IDMobile Employee. Do not post any personal information in an open forum, they'll contact you via PM.

Hey ​@Alesse98,

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience.

Looking at your account, the port had to be manually resubmitted by our team, as it failed the first time (this is most likely due to the files from your previous network, O2, not being sent to us correctly).

The port should complete by tomorrow, 11th November, by 10pm, and your number will be on iD Mobile. You may need to restart your phone for this to kick in.
