I requested to keep my number with o2 when switching and providing ID with a pac code. The switch still hasn’t happened and my number was disconnected from o2 about 4 days ago. I don’t no if anyone’s trying to call or text me and it’s so frustrating. Everytime I contact id chat they keep telling me they are working on it and allow 24 - 48 hours but even after that the switch still hasn’t happened, has this happened to anyone else?
