    Hi @Doobs ,

Thanks for letting us know, I’m really sorry to hear that your Roam Beyond Add-on for Australia isn’t working as expected.
Here are a few things to check that might help resolve the issue:

-SIM inserted and roaming enabled – Please make sure your iD SIM is inserted and that data roaming is switched on in your phone’s settings.
-Network selection – Try manually selecting a network in your phone’s settings. In Australia, iD Mobile typically partners with Vodafone AU or Optus, so try connecting to one of those.
-Restart your device – A simple restart can sometimes help your phone connect to the local network.
-Coverage – Make sure you’re in an area with good mobile coverage. Some remote areas may have limited signal.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Step 1 ✅

    Step 2✅

Step 3✅ connects for a minute and then I get a message saying Vodafone au unavailable

I'm leaving my hotel with guest WiFi in two days 😔

YES Optus will not connect either and I've checked network coverage and for where I am I should get 5g coverage for my phone which is a Motorola edge 40 neo.

    Please help 🙏

Options - should I get a refund and buy an e sim?
