​@Easy  I've not done this (in the instructions below)  myself as my voicemail kicks in pretty early I had set this up may year's ago.

You can change your iD Mobile voicemail ring time by dialling **61*123** followed by the number of seconds (from \(5\) to \(30\)) and a # at the end. For example, to set the ring time to \(20\) seconds, dial **61*123**20#. The default is usually \(30\) seconds, but you can make it shorter, down to the nearest \(5\) seconds.

I've tried putting in **61*123**15# but the timing doesn't change, it still remains at 30sec.

Are there any other methods/options to try. 

Maybe speak to iD customer service via their online Live Chat service, ​@Easy. 

The iD advisers should be able to change the network settings for your voicemail service. 

Tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
