    Hi there @Rollings

I’m really sorry you’ve had no signal for the last 3 days — that’s incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you want answers right away.

I’ll need your postcode (or the area where you’re experiencing the issue) so I can look for any local mast faults, maintenance work, or outages affecting your signal.

Once I have that, I’ll be able to tell you:

Whether it’s a known network issue or estimated time for it to be fixed if that is available.

I know how disruptive this is, and I’ll get this checked for you immediately once I have your location.

You need to input your postcode into ID’s network coverage page, which’ll highlight local issues.

Hi, I did put my postcode area as I had read on other posts you needed it. It’s BS13 7LA. I have gone to the network coverage page and it dose say work is being done in my area but absolutely no phone signal for 3 days seems a bit excessive.

@Rollings  I fully understand your frustration the statement on IDMobile checker is a brief indication some type of work is being carried out by Three and Vodafone. IDMobile has no control to the recovery of services, there are many factors to the length of time a job takes to be completed.

Similarly I've had and still have there's work being carried out in my post code and it's over 8 day's now on IDMobile network status, not that it helps you.

The make and model of my phone is Moto g54 5g. I’ve had it from new just over a year so it’s not an old phone.

Still no phone signal, it been over a week now. There is no work now on the network coverage page but no signal. If this can’t be fixed in the next couple of days I am going to have to leave iD so I have a phone that works.

@Rollings  Sorry to hear that your still not having service. Is it possible to try any of the following

    1) Try your sim card in a known working phone in the location where you have now service.

    2) if you know anyone that's on IDMobile or network 3 to get them to try at your location their device at the same location.

    3) Ask to speak to someone on Live Chat. In the message box type in, To speak to someone.

Our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,

and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays
