Hi I have been charged each month £30 but to sign in to see how much I owe outstanding it asks for a number I don’t have or email etc so how do I speak to someone other than an automated line I can’t get through

Is this from a 24-month phone contract you had with us? Or is this for a Data-Only SIM?
You should have had an email or paperwork around the time of purchase detailing your phone number and such if that’s what you’re looking for here?
Might be worth searching for “iD Mobile” in your emails, and checking the Spam/ Junk folder too.
