How to I cancel my contract for a phone not used for years yet I receive monthly letters for threatening legal action if the bill is not paid? I cannot get through to anyone to cancel and there’s no where online to cancel. Also how do I complain/receive recommence for this given providers are required by law to make this easily accessible?
