I cancelled my iD mobile contract over a year ago. Then the last 3 months I started getting id Mobile monthly bills. I thought they were scam emails so I ignored them. Then I got a back statement and it seems id mobile reactivated the account and been charging me for it.

This sounds strange, we wouldn’t be able to reactivate a contract after it has been cancelled. We will have our Support Team send you a PM now so we can have this looked into further.
