I need someone to direct message me because I want to change plan but I can’t get past this 1p stage. I’ve tried about 8/9 times now! Heeeelp

I am sorry to hear that! We wouldn’t be able to process a payment for you via the PM method I’m afraid.

Does the billing address given to us match the address that your bank has registered for the payment card? Any slight mismatch can sometimes cause a payment failure.
