Used a credit card and a debit card and the 0.01p doesnt go through…..

Is the card that you’re using registered in the same exact name and same address as the ones to which you’re trying to setup the account in?

Generally speaking, order failures like what you’re describing above there are due to detail mismatches.

Please update the address on your bank account if that’s different to the one to which you’re placing the order to and try again.
