Compatibility


My SIM used to be in an iPhone 5C, and then I moved it into another phone, the iPhone 5. This was because the 5C stopped working. Now when I try to log in to my new phone with the id SIM, it doesn't work. Can you tell me if it isn't compatible.

I can confirm that there may be issues with using iD mobiles services on your device

Please see the link below which contains are list of iD approved handsets. Unfortunately the iPhone 5 is not on the list. This means that it is not an iD approved device.

Could please provide a bit more information on the issue? :)
Are you receiving service with the SIM card inserted? Is there trouble when logging into the app? Is your handset locked or unlocked? Any extra information will help lots!
