Contract Expired

My contract expires today, 16/11/20, and I have just upgraded to sim only. Will the sim only plan take over my contract, or will i have to ralk to someone to close down the contract?

Hi there @Jimlavelle 

If you had been logged in to your existing iD Mobile account and you have done a Plan Change, then you’ll simply keep the same number but now be on the new tariff you have opted for.

If you log in, you should be able to see that you’re already on the new tariff you chose.

If you changed your tariff mid-month and you had been billed in advance at your old rate, then any money owed back to you would be credited on your next following bill.
