current data not showing on account

I started a new ID mobile contract over a year ago. My old number has been ported over. It looks like my account is only showing the data from my old account (ie 0.00 charges, 0 data usage, etc).
How do see my current info?

Hi @Phil Richmond 

 

You’ll need to register an iD Mobile account for your newer iD Mobile plan, if you’ve signed into an old account for an old plan, this wouldn’t update to your newer one.
