Data incorrect I dashboard and not rolling over

Dashboard showing wrong data ie 5gb and should be 8gb and not rolling over contacted IDmobile , they said they would reply in 24-48hrs - haven’t

Solved at last - it appears IDmobile got it wrong - they have now put the correct data for my plan and rolled over. I await next months bill to see if it stays corrected.

Hello @Mobile1970,

The iD app always reports the most up to date allowance which goes off your account.

Have you just joined iD Mobile or have you recently upgraded/changed plans?

Are you saying the app is reporting this incorrectly as data has not rolled over?
