Just got my monthly renewal few days ago and all together it said I started with 16gb but then next time I looked it said I had 8gb left even though I had barely had my data turned on. So somehow i lost 8gb in 2 days without using it. 
Anyone know what I can do to get it back or why it’s been taken ?
