how do you actually speak to anyone with this company?

Tried numerous times to contact idmobile in various ways but to no avail. I ended my contract and paid all outstanding monies months ago and yet they continue to contact me demanding more money! I do not have the phone anymore nor the number or contract so leave me alone or I will go to trading standards. I have had enough now! By the looks of it so have a lot of other people!!

Who was it you spoke to at iD Mobile previously?

If you spoke with someone and informed them you wanting to disconnect then that should have been done 30-days later for you.

You’d then have a final bill for anything unpaid between your last bill and that disconnection date which would be due 14-days after the disconnection.
