How to cancel my plan

Hi I want to cancel my sim only plan please

Hi @Martin666,

To disconnect your plan, without a PAC or STAC, simply:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘Thinking of leaving’
  • Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions


If you’re wanting to move your number to another network, you can text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days. This is then given to your new network.

I was so disappointed with ID when I tried every way to contact them after I got out of stock message and tried to cancel. I gave them a minus if possible rating on Trust Pilot. I then got a message From Ryan I replied informing him of the bad customer service. I have had no reply and not received my £19.99 up front payment .Managed to get a phone no problem next day from   3  after speaking to a human and not a machine.
